I recently worked with Big League Roofers after our roof was destroyed by the early 2023 high winds. My wife and I had just retried from the military and we were lost in the process of “homeownership” and dealing with insurance companies. Big League Roofers inspected our roof and effectively communicated with our insurance company (bravo zulu, Kentucky Farm Bureau!) John Arnold is the salt of the earth kind of guy. He’s a prior veteran and calls often/visits throughout the claims/repair process to ensure that your home has been taken care of. You’re in great hands with Big League Roofers!

I am so pleased with the work that Big League roofing has done on my house in Burnside. Every thing was on time, every commitment was honored, and my house looks great! John Arnold’s communication and initiative with an insurance claim was so unexpected! He really knows his business. The work crew was courteous and careful. There was not a scrap of debris left anywhere. My roof looks beautiful. Thank you all so much!

I called multiple roofers but most were unresponsive, late or no show. I highly recommend this company. Very professional, highest quality roof in the industry. They take over all the hassle with insurance company. They go above and beyond. Don’t waste your time with anyone else. They will either answer the phone or call you back immediately.

John Arnold, our roof inspector and claims specialist, was very professional and helpful answering all my questions. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining the products and process to me. His crew was wonderful as they removed my old roof and installed the new roof in a very timely manner. They cleaned up the yard and everything very nicely! My roof looks amazing and would recommend if you’re looking for quality and honesty to reach out and give John a call!

After we were unable to get responses from other roofers, I contacted Big League Roofers to see if we could get a new roof after we suffered wind damage. Big League Roofers were very responsive and John worked closely with us and our insurance company. As soon as the weather was good they replaced our roof in one day. It easily survived the recent wind storm and we are happy with its quality and the way it looks. I recommend them highly.

This company was great. The roof is awesome and makes my home so much more appealing. The owners worked with the insurance company and our material ordered. I called them for an estimate a week ago they said they would come and give me an estimate and tarp my roof to protect it from rain Then after several calls their story changed wanted over $950 wired elictronic transaction to come tarp it I was leary of this and immediately called my insurance Company and BBB both said it was a scam I went to their office to talk to Troy in person and he wasn’t there but his Dad was and said he would talk to Troy I tried calling again but he is not returning my calls. My insurance adjustors Greg Creeh is coming tomorrow and I am going to tell him what transpired with Big League Roofers I don’t trust this company. A friend of mine said they wanted her to sign off on an estimate with the amount left blank and she refused to sign. Big League is scamming people.
