Got Rain Pro to install a new roof after a hail storm. Can’t say good enough things about their roofing crew. The did a great job, they were well staffed, professional workmen who were courteous, professional and timely. They get a poor rating because of their front office staff, particularly Amanda. Would recommend avoiding this company at all costs because of her.

Very disappointing work. We had a new roof installed on a funeral home 8 years ago, which is now leaking and causing damage to the building. Rain Pro claims we have no warranty and will not honor the shoddy job completed. Very disappointing cost of $100,000 .

Rain Pro Roofing made replacing our roof a breeze! They’re excellent at communication, very responsive, quick to do the job, takes care of your property, and the roof looks beautiful! I can’t recommend them highly enough. I’m so thankful we went with them to replace our roof!

I highly recommend these guys. They came down to Houma to help out with Hurricane Ida recovery. They were very professional and reasonably priced. They worked with me with my insurance company and were able to stay within my budget and provided a top quality roof. Thank you guys I’m very satisfied with your work.

Great company! No joke! Even though it took them a month or two to start the work, because of their work load, but when they did complete the job, it was super work! I even asked them to inspect my new home, and they got back with me and did not try to rob me, but gave me an honest estimate. And gave me a Military discount to boot. I trust them guys and you will not be disappointed with their work.

On April 24, 2020, a pretty good storm come through where we live. From what my husband and I could see, it looked like there would be some damage to our roof. So I called Rain Pro Roofing and they sent out a nice gentleman named Casey. He checked out our roof and there was no damage at all. His honesty and professionalism was outstanding. He made sure that we understood everything that he told us before he left. We highly recommend using Rain Pro Roofing and we will definitely be using them in the future.

The men working for rain pro ie… Jim Mitchell and his crew are the most dedicated individuals I have met and had the pleasure to watch work. Their attention to detail and pride in quality work is surpassed by none. I wish I had acquired rain pro to do this roof in the very beginning then I would not be having to have this roof redone. If you want quality work done by true professionals then go to rain pro roofing
