This company must no longer be operating. I scheduled an appointment and needed to reschedule. No options were available. I emailed and called many times. No response from the company or a refund of my downpayment. AVOID THIS COMPANY. The only take your money and no service

After scheduling an early morning, in house cleaning of my area rug, the technician never showed up and I never received any communication from the company as to why. Why I called the receptionist said the technician had covid and that they had tried to call and email me. I did not receive any emails, texts, or phone calls from them ever. When I rescheduled for a pick up cleaning, the receptionist assured me that they had my information correct and that my new appointment was confirmed. AGAIN the technician never showed up AND I haven heard from the company as to why. Hopefully this is not their normal way of treating customers/clients. However, my experience was very disappointing and I would tell anyone who asks about getting their carpets cleaned from New Life Carpet Care, to go anywhere else.

Professional, affordable and black owned. I’m a repeat customer and I always refer New Life Carpet Care to anyone I know looking to bring new life to dirtied carpets, this Oakland business has everything from online booking and rescheduling, great customer care and service, and most importantly impeccably clean carpets!

New Life Carpet Care has been cleaning our office carpets for the last 4 years and we are consistently impressed with the quality of the work, the professionalism, and the customer service. We normally are a high-traffic acupuncture clinic and thanks to the New Life Carpet Care crew, our 1450 sq/ft of rugs and carpets don’t look it. We had started having them come twice annually (although this year was a little different of course). Our big clean is during the holiday break in December and at this point, I feel comfortable enough with the owner to let them into the space and not have to wait for them to finish. This level of trust is really valuable to me and I appreciate it so much. So we highly recommend them for your home or office cleaning needs. Our big thanks to their team!

Sam is a carpet magician!!! I was able to book my appointment online (so convenient!!), received multiple reminders, and he showed up right on time the morning of my carpet cleaning. He got right to work and within 90 minutes I had brand new carpets. Seriously! My carpets had not been cleaned in years and Sam made then look like new. Very affordable and worth EVERY PENNY!

I worked with this service about a year ago. I scheduled for 2pm today and he arrived at 2:45 — after I said I needed to cancel at 2:35. He “told” me he would arrive between 2 and 2:30. His 45 minute delay would have forced me to move my own appointments. Respect my time or you don’t get my $
