I was extremely happy with everything all around until I never received a follow up on an issue with a leaking vent on my roof. They do great work, but follow up to fix any outstanding issue is terrible.

Sold house and agent and attorney both horrible…….. unprofessional, however Victor was 100% service oriented. Victor is an asset to Professional Roofing. Completely satisfied.

My roof is leaking , they said they couldn’t help Mel. They fell through my ceiling in the bed room had to have it repaired , they had no one who spoke English . Very very unprofession . They came back siliconed the roof , today it is leaking again . Ceiling is totaled . Do not use them . They don’t stand up to there name “professional “I’m so disgusted .

Victor Sanchez of PRC, went above and beyond! Not only did he and his team do an excellent job installing our new roof, we were able to get premium shingles and underlayments for the price of what other roofing companies charged for just the cheap stuff. 10/10

Called late on a Friday afternoon and had one of their contractors, Victor here on Saturday to look at our roof. He even patched a place that had leaked until we could get our new roof. He returned the next week with estimates and a full explanation of options. He took the time to fully answer any questions we had. The crew arrived after the delivery of the shingles. It took a day and a half to complete. Great job and they cleaned up everything around the house thoroughly. The main contractor checked in with us each day and we had a phone number where he could be reached if we had any problems. We have a roof we love and had a great experience with this business! I highly recommend them!

Very professional experience.From the time Victor came and inspected everything. He even took photos of issues where water was coming in. Only roofer who came to bid who showed us the issues. Their bid was the lowest and included more wood and fixed all of our issues. They fixed our roof and put on new roofing on the whole house. I’m very happy and they cleaned up everything before they finished. Would recommend to everyone.

There is another name listed on Google, but that is a result of sharing a phone with a family member and is apparently not fixable.

These guys are awesome! Victor was great to work with. He kept me updated even with the weather delays. Super nice and professional. My roof looks great! I’ve never seen a roofing crew clean up as good as these guys did! Victor showed me pictures before and after. I would highly recommend them for any roofing needs.
