A Maid Experts maid caused extremely expensive damage to floors in my home by using bad cleaning products. When I reported the damage to Maid Experts Maid Service expecting them to resolve it immediately they advised me that Maid Experts was only the middle man and that Maid Experts does not require insurance and are not responsible for damages that are caused in the home. Maid Experts said they tried to resolve the matter but did not resolve it and left me with expensive damages. They also stopped communicating with me and refused to pay for the damage in my home.

The house looked like it was cleaned with a dirty rag, areas were overlooked too. They overcharged evey time and don’t give you a receipt until you ask. Told them I never wanted a specific cleaner, the didn’t even care why, they just said they’d make a note.

!!!!ALERT!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!Let me start by saying I am in the customer service business and I realize dealing with the public is not easy. With that being said you know that dealing with the public can be a challenge so you do what you need to ensure customer satisfaction, for with out CUSTOMERS you have no BUSINESS!!! This company will charge you for cleaning services and will not clean your home. They will only dust the front of your furniture as well as only cleaning your shower glass and not your shower. They deserve lower than one star, their manager Steve Yun is the most horrible manager and customer service representative I have ever came across. I have a very new home that requires not much cleaning and yet they were still unable to complete proper cleaning of our home. Maid experts will also charge your credit card without your authorization and if you complain they will charge you again and again. Also they will not send anyone out to re-clean unless you pay again for your home not being clean right the first time. STAY AWAY FROM THE CLEANING COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

Why is there soo many Negative reviews??? This place is AMAZING, always professional and diligent. Not only do the have GREAT work ethics but also pristine attention to details. VERY happy with the service and VERY satisfied. Give them a GO’ you won’t regret it !!

Wow, I’m surprised at these negative reviews~ I’ve gotten maid service from this company every month for the majority of this year, and I’ve never been disappointed. The main thing that I’ve noticed about these guys that set them apart from others, is that they actually took the time to clean all the water spots in my glass shower door AND all of my mirrors… even the small personal mirror I use for applying makeup! If you don’t consider that impeccable service… then I don’t know what is!

Not sure why there could be even one possible bad comment. I, personally, LOVED the service and I loved how attentive to my needs and questions the maids were. I will definitely use them again because I was in search for a long term maid service, someone who I can trust. I wasn’t expecting much due to my previous bad experiences but Maid Experts change my outlook! They cleaned my place so well that it was unrecognizable! Thank you, dear Maid Experts! I will definitely recommend your business to my friends and family.

I helped a friend move out of Long Beach near the University. His room mates had really made a mess, lots of parties led to dirty carpets and walls. Maid Experts cleaned the place in hours, were very friendly, and made the moving process easy! My friend got the full deposit back, so the money was well spent. Would recommend to anyone in the area that needs help.
