Erie Home was great to deal with. Alex, the Supervisor for the roofers was a gentleman and made sure his workers did their job properly according to Erie’s specifications. They DID! and MORE! 1 roofer saw 3 other questionable spots and cut it out and replaced it. Matthew was awesome too, answered all my questions and came back at the end of the day to make sure I was satisfied. I am. My ONLY concern now is I wait for winter and the temperature to drop and stay below freezing. My old roof would build up ice dams and back up in my windows. Salesman Cory, Alex & Matthew assured me that this will NOT happen with my new Erie roof. I can’t help my anxiety build up till I see it won’t happen again. I have that 30 year warranty in my back pocket which helps a lot. Other then this I tell everyone I know you get what you pay for and Erie does awesome job.

The roof looks beautiful and they were very helpful when I was unable to get estimates from other roofer in November when my roof was actively leaking. With that said, it was very expensive, I am now selling my home. I am unable to locate the contract whih I was told was transferrable. I have requested a copy which has not be responded to.

I am not sure which Erie Home area Aaron Oliver and Rocky White work out of, but they were extremely rude to my father, threatening him over the phone, and very unprofessional. Warning to anyone who does business with them.

We’re very happy with the work and outcome of our new roof. Despite a grumpy, complaining neighbor, the crew was very respectful and professional and didn’t let anything disway them from performing their job. The job was done in less than a day and they left the grounds in better shape than they found it. We were at the hospital most of the day due to my wife needing surgery that day and from what I seen on our cameras throughout the day, they stayed busy and concentrated on the task at hand all day. We give them 5 stars and highly recommend them. Thank you to everyone involved with the whole process. Job well done.

The crew was fast, professional & efficient. They cleaned up every piece of debris and even pulled back in to pick one up they spotted on the way out of the driveway. The roof itself is more than we could have anticipated. It is great and looks even better !!!
