The insurance company used a drone and questioned the need of a roof. But, Joe had marked the roof so they sent someone to go up and look in person. Joe met them and showed the issues. Magnolia (Joe) was there from start to finish and was very professional. Their crew was meticulous, fast, neat, and friendly. It was a pleasure and we will use them for any and all future needs

HIGHLY recommend this company!! I am military and was stationed in Japan when the roof of my rental property began leaking. I reached out to Magnolia for a assistance, and I am so pleased with the outcome! They were extremely prompt and very responsive. They replaced my roof and fixed all the inside damage extremely quickly, and it looks great! I was very concerned about a company taking advantage of me, especially with me being so far away, but I never felt that way with Brandon. He keeps you very well informed/up to date on the process, and his prices were very reasonable. His company literally took care of everything (even communications with the insurance company), which made my life so much easier. I would 1000% absolutely work with them again if anything were to arise in the future, and will be recommending them to others in need as well.

I called Magnolia, Joe came out and did an estimate, he helped walk me thru the process of filing the claim, with the appraiser, and any paperwork, he was friendly, courteous and very helpful during the whole process. During installation everyone was nice, they cleaned up everything and it was done very quickly and efficiently.. If I need my roof fixed or replaced ever again they will be the first one I call!!!
