Universal Roofing & Contracting in Orlando, Florida just replaced my 20 year-old roof. The roofers arrived at 6 a.m. and completed the roof replacement by 5 p.m. the same day. Omar Guzman, the project supervisor, continued ongoing communication with me throughout the roofing project. He was readily accessible by phone or was on site at my house to answer my questions. The team of 8 roofers spent the day removing the old roofing materials and then replaced the roof with the new roofing materials and shingles. In addition, I had the 3 skylights replaced along with the roof. I was amazed at how fast the team worked. The site clean up was excellent. Raven, from the home office, also kept me informed about the scheduled date and notified me when the contract work was given the O.K. by Orange County. In addition, upon completion of the roof, Raven notified me about the Universal Warranty and sent me an E-mail providing me with the information. Universal Roofing & Contracting was a great company to work with in replacing my roof. I definitely recommend using Universal Roofing & Contracting.

My roof replacement project was planned, managed, and executed by Universal Roof and Contracting to the highest technical and professional standards. I am very grateful for the Universal team’s guidance and technical support during the entire project.Of note, I greatly appreciate the technical and project leadership of on-site project manager Bailey Hinshaw and operations leader Raquel Ferreira. They managed their team of technical experts Bill Fuqua, Olga Campos, and Kerri Lawlor along with fifteen roofing craftsmen to produce a superior roof. Great job, Universal Roof and Contracting!

Universal Roofing & Contracting did such an excellent job installing our new roof. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, dependable & kind company to hire , then look no further than Universal . From the beginning of the project we were very impressed with the professionalism of Dylan who came to our home to give us the estimate. He answered all our questions with the utmost patience. Then Raven with the office staff helped us with setting up the schedule. We didn’t have to do anything – they did all the pulling of the permits . The day before , they delivered the materials just as promised. Then the day of the install the crew were all here on time with Scott being the onsite project manager that was so helpful to us . He was here everyday to make sure that everything ran smoothly. We are so grateful to all of the staff & crew at Universal . Thank you for the our beautiful new Roof. This was our second experience with URC. They have replaced two roofs for us. Did a great job both times. Reasonably priced and professional staff. Justin Feb, our salesman was super helpful in getting everything picked out and set up, he was not pushy and answered any question I asked. Our project manager Bailey and his senior Omar were great! I received multiple updates from Bailey, he made sure to keep me updated during the entire process. The crew started early and stayed late to finish and were in and out in one day. Highly recommend them for your next roofing job.

I had a really good experience with Universal Roofing. The estimator was very professional and he explained everything to me in a lot of detail. I felt like I had a good understanding of how the project was going to work. Once the work started it was done extremely well with lots of cover put around the house to collect any stray materials. The project manager, Scott, kept me informed about what was going on. When they were done my yard was very clean. I have not found any debris or nails anywhere. The roof looks so nice that neighbors have commented on it. They say it stands out in the neighborhood. The only reason for the 4-star rather than 5-star rating is that the dumpster was left in my driveway an extra day and a half after they were done. That meant an extra day and a half of not being able to use my garage. That was inconvenient. I realize the dumpster removal was probably done by a contracted company but those details are important and can make or break a project. All in all I would highly recommend Universal Roofing to my friends and neighbors.

Bailey was Great! I shared my primary concerns with him and he made sure he addressed those issues and communicated with me often! The yard was cleaned up and we are very pleased!

Many thanks to an unbelievable crew especially to Scott Stone, Damian Crawford and Raquel who were all hands on in my reroofing project. This is not the first time I have used Universal Roofing since they worked on other projects in my home. They are trustworthy, reliable and passionate about their work. They were always available to answer my concerns. Thank you Universal Roofing for taking care of one of my most valuable asset. More power to you!

Universal replaced our roof and did a great job. They kept us informed of the schedule, what to expect and at each step along the way. Everything turned out as expected, including cost, look and timing. We have improved protection for the home.
