An F3 tornado had came through my neighborhood and did considerable damage to my area recently. As many contractors and companies came through to quote prices and terms for repairs I was visited by Patrick Jordan representing Key Roofing. At first I thought this was going to be another case of how much it would cost for a full inspection and what the quote would be for repairs, but I was pleasantly surprised when Patrick offered a free inspection. Not only did they do a through inspection Patrick also took specific photos of the damage and provided detailed explanations of the damages and what steps that needed to be taken in order to prevent water damage from rain. Blessedly the damages my roof had taken were not as severe as I had first assumed and on top of that since the damage was relatively minor Patrick even offered to perform minor repairs free of charge. I was shocked to say the least, here they were offering a detailed inspection and going above and beyond to preform repairs that they did not have to do and free of charge on top of that. If this is how they handle customers when they don’t have to go as far as they did and with such care and professionalism, then I’d only imagine the level of good work they would produce when endeavoring with fully paid work. I want to personally thank Patrick Jordan and Key Roofing for providing me with service above and beyond what the “had” to do, and I will definitely call upon them first whenever I do need work done in the future. I hope this helps others who are wondering if Key Roofing does quality work, trust me if they do what they did for no charge they will definitely deliver top quality workmanship when your money is on the line.

We recently had to have our roof replaced. Bring new to Florida we had heard all the horror stories of dealing with contractors. Fortunately, we found the best roofing contractor ever! We chose KEY ROOFING! They were great from start to finish. Communication was extraordinary, we were kept up to date on every detail, they met every date, did a wonderful job, left our property spotless and submitted our final invoice to the penny of what was quoted. Call Key Roofing and you can just relax and know it’s going to be done on time and on budget, by nice people.

Patrick was great. Been waiting for several days for someone to help make some small repairs. He checked my roof and found some other damage that a layperson would not know about. Saw him parked down the street. He jumped up (climbed) on my roof without hesitation. Very Knowledgeable and Helpful. Looking forward to making some other repairs for missing / lost shingles. We had been searching for a roofing company to repair our damage caused by Ian. We got several free estimates and they ranged from $2,500 to $6,500. Several companies refused to do the work because it wasn’t a full roof replacement, but just a repair. A few companies said they’d be here to give an estimate, but never showed up. Those that did show up had the attitude of “this is the price – take it or leave it; you need me, I don’t need you.” Then we found Key Roofing. From the moment they arrived on time to give us an estimate, we knew this company was different than all the rest. They actually got up on a ladder to look at the damage, took measurements, explained how they would complete the work, told us about their warranty, explained the pricing, and guaranteed they would find the correct material without having to wait 18 months. It was hard to believe, honestly, that they were so confident and ready to do this job. Well, here it is a few weeks later and we couldn’t be happier with their work. Patrick and his crew showed up to start the work when they said they would. And they came back a second day to finish the job when they said they would. And they stayed in daily contact with us via text messages, phone calls, and voicemails to keep us informed. When they were finished, they showed us exactly what work they did – from installing to sealing to attaching the gutter. We can’t say enough about their work ethic, their punctuality, and what a pleasure it was to deal with them. They fixed my roof after hurricane IAN. I paid them all the money, plus my deductible from the insurance company, which they negotiated, not me. A year later, they called and told me I owe them another 5k or they would put a lien on my home. Work quality seems good, but business practice is sketchy. I don’t recommend them.
