Rudy had good availability and gave me the most reasonable quote for my skylight replacement. Scheduling communication was a little difficult, but he did the work very quickly once started. Very clean job as well. Overall very satisfied. 4.5 stars from me!

A tree recently fell on my house and damaged my roof. I called a few places to get quotes about repairing the roof. The quotes were either too high or arbitrarily competitive without any explanation of the work, until Rudy form Northcity roofing came over to give me a quote. Rudy took his time in examining the damage. He then explained the repair procedure and gave me a very reasonable quote with itemized work plan and procedures. I was very impressed with his professionalism and decided to let Northcity roofing repair my roof. Rudy and his team came over a few days later and did the repair. I could clearly tell that I made the right choice of picking the right contractor for the work. They took their time with the damage repair to ensure it was done right, then meticulously sealed the damaged area, and matched the new shingles to the existing ones. They even go out their way to clean out the area to make sure no debris would fall into the house. At the end, the repaired area blends so well to the rest of the roof that it is hard to notice where the damage was. I am completely satisfied with the repair and would use them again for future roofing work.

Rudy and his team fixed my roof when Cupertino roofing didn’t finish the job. The price was below many other quotes and quality of the work is excellent. Very transparent and professional. If you hire this company, your roof will be done well.

Rudy and his team are the best. Highly recommended. I had multiple leaks in my tile roof from the recent rains. Before stumbling upon North City by way of a referral, I received several quotes from other highly rated roofing companies. Each one of them though seemed to only want to upsell their work, trying to sell me on doing an entire roof replacement, while not truly investigating the cause of the problem. Rudy came though and aimed to repair the roof while doing a full maintenace of my roof. He saved me a tremendous amount of money while also keeping me updated every step of the way while doing the project. It was clear his team doesn’t do shortcuts, go above and beyond, and stay committed to fulfilling what they say they will do. I’m so glad we used North City Roofing and I’m glad we found someone trustworthy and reliable to do this repair project. A couple other notes that made this service great, Rudy’s dad also was working the project and he provided video and photo coverage of their work as it was getting done. Even before Rudy and I signed our contract, he made sure to come over right before imminent rain to help set up a tarp (free of charge) so as to stop the leak from continuing to cause damage to our roof. No other roofers were even willing to do that for us.
