I met Matt Talley from The Roofing Center at the Home Show. He made no hard sales pitch, but provided great information and answered all my questions. He arrived on time for my estimate appointment and took time to completely explain my options. No push to “upsell” any product. The contract process was simple and stress free. Customer service with Jordan and AJ was exceptional. Installation crew was cautious and debris was cleaned up nicely. Roof looks fantastic! I highly recommend this company and this team of professionals.

Matt Talley and the Roofing Center are amazing. They gave us great bid. They negotiated with our insurance company. The kindly guided us through the entire process. On the day of installation the crew showed up at 6:A.M. They were hard at work by 6:30. They worked quickly, expertly, and efficiently. We were impressed by the work ethic. They really focused on quality and were absolutely professional. When they were finished the clean up was quick, thorough and complete. Our yard, deck, driveway and lawn looked like they had never been disturbed. Matt Talley worked with us, took time to explain things, followed up at several points along the way. I found him to be trustworthy, honest and very open to questions and concerns. I would recommend him and the roofing center to anyone. Our roof is beautiful. Matt was amazing to work with! He helped us really understand what was best for us and worked well with us. When he came and did a final inspection, he did a thorough job. A week later, he called and asked how things were going. I told him they were great and I had found 2 nails on my driveway. He offered to come back with a power magnet and do another sweep of the lawn and driveway to ensure our safety. What service!

The Roofing Center has been fantastic to work with! They replaced our roof in a single day and took extra care in keeping our yard clean. They have been extremely pleasant to work with throughout the whole process. They have been responsive and communicated any issues or concerns promptly. One of the biggest expenses of owning a home is roof replacement. About a month and a half ago we found out that our roof had started to “shed” its shingles. It just so happened that the Spring Home & Garden show was going on at that time. That is where my wife and I met MATT TALLEY from The Roofing Center. Matt is an estimator for this company and as we told him our story I kept thinking to myself, this guy really cares about our plight and was willing to help. We set up a home meeting and started the process of a new roof installation. This is a long story so in order to let anyone interested in purchasing a new roof, from falling asleep during this review, I will cut to the chase!. Matt took the time to meet with our Insurance adjuster and together they settled on a install date and payment details. For my Wife and I, Matt made this process super simple. On the day of the install (remove old roof, install new roof) the times given for arrival and what would be done where perfect. Here’s the good news, the crew arrived at 7:00am and had the new roof finished by 11:45am! Bottom line here is this. If you are in need of roofing, your best bet is to contact “The Roofing Center”. And by all means please ask for MATT TALLEY, you will not regret it.

These guys came out to do a free routine inspection on our roof. They were friendly, professional, and fast. Turned out our roof was still in good shape and didn’t need any repairs, which is always a relief.
