Firelands Home Improvement just completed our roof and they did an excellent job and they were very thorough. I love that they put underlayment which is waterproof and I know we won’t have any leaking issues in the future. They suggested different colors for the shingles and they really took the time to complete the job making sure it was done right 100% and to our satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. Thank you so much.

I highly recommend. They walk you through every step of the way and documented what they were doing. I had a fairly complicated roof replacement with flat roofs and the added factor of roofing a home that is over 160 years old. Firelands and Terry handled everything with the utmost professionalism. The roof is beautiful and they utilize the best products in the industry. I sought quotes from several local roofers and most referred me to Terry as the expert. His quote was very competitive making them the choice for our roof.

I contacted Firelands for a leak in my roof. Terry was able to come out and inspect the roof leak. He noticed a few other problem areas on the roof and we decided to replace the whole section of roof. He gave me a very reasonable quote for the job to be done and was able to get the work done ASAP. Very glad we went with the replacement as he found other leaks that hadn’t caused any major damage yet. I would highly recommend using Firelands for any work that you need done.

I had water damage to the inside of the house from storm damage to the roof that was missed by the company who came out by the insurance company. Not only did they miss the storm damage they charged for covering the damages with a tarp but never put a tarp down. Terry came out documented everything and really set the record straight. I couldn’t have asked for a better more professional and staunch advocate for the customer. It’s hard to find people who will do right by you these days and Firelands Home Improvement will. I highly recommend.
