Tom Lee Roofing did an outstanding job on our roof. We have a flat roof and water was not draining wherein we had about five large pools of water. A new roof was installed wherein the roof was sloped to address the issue. The job took one week to complete wherein the workers were on time everyday, the job site was thoroughly cleaned everyday, and the job foreman informed me of the progress everyday. The job was completed just before a very heavy rainstorm and an inspection of the roof following the storm reflected there was no pooling and the roof was completely dry!! The city inspector stated the roof project was one of the best he had ever seen and there was no need to worry as the roof would probably last more than 25 years. Tom Lee Roofing is not the cheapest, but is the very best you can buy. The quality and professional workmanship was also evident by their work at my sister-in-law’s home, my mother’s home, and my aunt’s home.

Tom Lee Roofing replaced my roof quickly and efficiently. I found them to be professional in their work and also willing to accommodate my requests regarding timing, including an emergency repair of a leak prior to the main roof repair. Highly recommended.

I had a very good experience we Tom Lee Roofing – once I got on their schedule and project started it was very easy to work with them. At some moment I was questioning the waiting time but there is a reason people accept it – they are professional and experienced. They were detailed and made sure pipes and everything else were in working order and kept the premises clean. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a good roofer, especially since this may be a stressful project if not done properly.

The crew did a great job: prompt, tidy, friendly, and — most importantly — excellent work! They went above and beyond fixing a pooling problem on the flat portion of the roof (creating a new drain system). The flashing and tile work is great. Uriel (the foreman) was friendly and informative. They are worth the wait!

We’re a custom home builder in the San Francisco Bay Area and have been working with Tom Lee Roofing for the past 4 years. They are some of the best roofers we’ve worked with… big project or small. Their PMs and field crew are easy to work with and their front office is always on top of pricing and billing. We rest easy knowing our projects will always have solid roofs over their heads with Tom Lee Roofing!

Absolutely A+ work in every way. Extremely honest with their initial assessment and bid. Very transparent about what extra work will cost (no surprises). The whole team is great. Once you are scheduled, they reply to emails quickly. The quality of the work is exceptional. Isaac led our job and he is a true craftsman and a true talent. Overall, I am sure they are busy and deserve to be – the best in the business! UPDATE: I left the above 2 months ago. I contacted them about another thing on our roof that I thought needed fixing. They took a look and explained to me, very clearly and professionally, why it did not need a repair and what mistake I made in thinking it did (I mean, I am no expert after all). They could have EASILY billed me for work and I would have paid, but they helped me and told me why I did not need to spend my money on a job that did not need to be done. INCREDIBLY HONEST team here. Best of the best.

Tom Lee Roofing provided excellent service in replacing our roof, from the initial inspection to final installation, their staff followed through with each step and gave clear communication throughout the process. Juan and his crew were great, courteous and professional!

They are the most professional company! They did my roof in Bernal Heights and did a great job. There was a little hole that I found on the side of the house ,immediately they sent someone out to repair it free of charge. Clean professional work. This company is San Francisco strong and I cant say how many bad experiences I have had in the past with other house projects.
