The Roofer Direct sent out their representative Austin to do a free inspection to see if our roof had hail and wind damage. After the last few big storms we’ve had, it did. So they recommended a full roof replacement and they helped me walk through the phone call with our insurance company to let them know exactly what they saw. Once everything was approved through my insurance, they scheduled the work as soon as they could and as soon as the day came, the workers arrived and started working early before it got too hot and were finished before I got off work around 6pm. They hauled away everything except for a sheet of plywood and an unopened pack of shingles, but Austin offered to come pick them up as soon as he could. They were extremely professional and understanding of our financial situation and helped us contact a lender who got us approved for a home improvement loan. I also appreciated the fact that they were very patient with us in receiving their payment for work done since the loan approval took a little longer than expected.

Trustworthy! Excellent customer service, professional work, and made us feel like family. Made us feel at ease with a process we knew very little about. Sterling walked us through on what to expect and went above and beyond throughout the whole process. Highly recommended The Roofer Direct!

Sterling and crew did an exceptional job rooting both my house and my shed!!! The job was necessary due to a recent hail storm. The final results were better than the original roof. Sterling took the time to ensure the job was completed as contracted. He got necessary HOA approval and worked direct with outlet insurance company to ensure all damages were not only fixed but covered under my insurance policy. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new roof. Thank you Sterling!!!

Sterling King was an excellent manager (Roofer Direct) on our multiple projects following a hailstorm. He coordinated the services of roofing, gutter replacement, solar screen replacements, and fence painting. He ensured that all requirements were completed professionally and according to agreements. He was always available for questions and to monitor the work of the subcontractors. He kept us apprised of repair/replacement schedules. Additionally, he identified a couple of areas that had not been included in our insurance claim. He coordinated with our insurance company and obtained the additional funding that was needed. We appreciate his professionalism, timeliness, and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend him and Roofer Direct to anyone requiring these types of service.

I experienced a team of 4, wearing branded shirts and caps in a Round Rock, TX restaurant the evening of June 5, 2020. The establishment was running on limited staff, and practicing social distancing due to COVID-19. Two gentlemen (wearing branded hats) were visibly and verbally upset that their reservation was delayed by 15 min and their drink didn’t make it to the table in 15 min. (1 bartender for the entire restaurant). I was NOT impressed with their professionalism. I come from a roofing family, and know many in the building industry. I was not impressed with their actions or their manners.

Excellent service! They quickly sent out a very knowledgeable roofer to inspect my home for hail damage. After a thorough inspection Tony explained the damage and showed me pictures to help me understand. After the meeting I felt very comfortable and was able to make an educated decision on how to proceed. Thank you all at The Roofer Direct LLC.

I highly recommend this company. They will get u the most for your claim and handle the insurance company to maximize the estimate. They work fast and are very professional.
