Took money and terrible on following through to complete work. Told it would take days to complete work, it’s been six weeks and only 2 of 10 items complete. At this rate, started work in May 2024 and won’t complete until 2026. Don’t hire unless you don’t care when the work gets done. 01JUL follow up: waiting on owner to call me back, reference his response below. If he takes the same amount of time to get back with me, I won’t hear from him for several weeks. I’ll continue to update this review.

Very pleased with our new roof! We really appreciated the advice on selecting shingles for performance and appearance. The crew that installed the roof were very careful with our landscaping including my pots. Cleanup was thorough, too. I can’t believe they completed most of the job in one day with just a few final touchups the next day. We highly recommend Duran’s!

Duran’s did a great job on our roof replacement. Anthony and Jennie were very friendly, responsive and helpful with all my questions and enquiries, making it a smooth experience from start to finish. The crew did a great job and worked hard and fast to get it all done in 2 days. Roof looks awesome. Thanks everyone

I asked for a quote for home repair . I was asked to send pictures. I did. I did not get even an acknowledgement for the email .

We’ve used Duran’s for over 20 years and will continue to do so. They have replaced two roofs for us (one was wear and tear and one was hail damage), plus my parents’ roof. There are not enough superlatives for the work they performed.Excellent quality of work, and they cleaned up EVERYTHING—one would never know they were there! This past year, Duran’s also totally renovated my parents’ 50 year old house——removed sheet rock, flooring, ceiling, cabinetry, countertops, built in appliances, walls, wiring, bathroom. Basically, it’s a new house. They did custom made cabinets (totally beautiful). Anthony was amazing— he offered suggestions, walked us through selecting tile, countertops, flooring, paint, you name it. He was practical, honest, PATIENT, listened to what we wanted, and constantly kept in communication with us about what was going on. He was on top of everything and kept the project moving forward at an acceptable pace. Quality of work by this company is amazing and first rate. If something was not up to Anthony’s standards, he had it redone. He constantly supervised the project. You will be totally pleased with this company. Robert and Anthony Duran built this company with honesty, integrity, and quality (materials and workmanship.) They get our highest rating possible! I would be glad to give you an honest opinion if this company, and EXCEPTIONAL is what I would say!!

Not all roofing companies are the same. Those with comparative cheaper prices will get the job done – for a little while. The cheapest estimate I received from a competitor was for shingles that may need replacing in 10 years. I replaced the original roof with the Owens Corning Duration in “Teak” color and am very impressed with the look. The trim, roof vents, etc. were color-matched to make the installation overall very professional and neat in appearance. Duration shingles have a limited lifetime warranty and a wind resistance of 130 MPH. Although it may be several years before I call upon Duran’s Roofing to replace this new roof when the time is up, I will highly recommend to anyone who needs their roof replaced or repaired to call on them in the meantime.
