We were scheduled to have our garbage cans cleaned last week and they didn’t show up. We were scheduled again for this week and again, the cans were not cleaned. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of service and the follow through required on my end when the job is not completed as promised.

I have put up with this company’s poor service far longer than I should have. I subscribe to have my cans cleaned every 3 months, but their service is consistently unreliable. It’s a gamble whether they will show up when they are supposed to. They are quick to take your money but incredibly slow to deliver. This month, they charged me at the beginning of the month but didn’t show up for the scheduled cleaning. When I called, they claimed I was on the schedule for the following week, yet they still didn’t show up. I called the office that day and left a message, but no one called me back. The next day, I called again and left two more messages, still with no response. I am beyond frustrated and done with this company. There are plenty of other companies offering the same service, and I won’t waste any more time or money on this one.

My wife and I were very pleased with the professionalism and conscientiousness of the Scrubcan staff. I was asleep when they arrived based on my work schedule. I hardly knew they were at the house, until I went outside and saw the beautiful work they’d done. We will definitely be calling again to keep our solar panels clean and operating at their fullest capacity–thanks in large part to the great work of Scrubcan Inc. Thanks for the good work.
