Our rep said he was our guy through the entire process. At first it was all great. He said he would also include gutters in the claim. Insurance came out and approved the claim with only the downspouts being approved since the gutter guards protected the gutters. After the roof was done I waited on downspouts. “My guy” was slow to respond and directed us the call the main office for help. After multiple calls they said they will not be replacing the downspouts cause they don’t do “partial work”. I asked why and they said they were concern about the color matching the existing gutters. They’re white and I said I’m not concerned by that. Then they said they don’t know the quality of the existing gutters and could make the downspouts defective. It was a battle I could not win. They said they would pay me out for the gutters and I can hire someone. Was not told of that policy when they were trying to make the sale. Then I got another bill when I thought everything was paid in full. Called “my guy” who said I needed to call the main office. Turns out the work was more than they originally estimated and when I called my insurance, they never received that claim so I had to sort that all out. Meanwhile I was getting harassing calls about the remaining payment.

Just had the roof and gutters done by AmeriPro roofing. The job went great. I worked with Dakota Otto. Everything went smoothly. Dakota always answered phone calls and text messages. All questions Dakota took care of in a timely manner. Over all it was a great experience.
