Sergio Jr was pleasant to work with he was quick to answer any questions or concerns. They worked with my insurance company when the roof needed more repair then they had approved. All there workers were friendly and courteous. They did a excellent job on the roof,siding, fascia,and gutters. All my neighbors really like how the house turned out. My wife and I love it. If you are looking to do your roof or siding I would recommend PHB. Sergio Sr was also nice to work with.

I first heard of Platinum Home Builders when a very nice young man came to my door and asked if I was interested in replacing my old roof. We had a tornado go through my neighborhood several months earlier and my insurance company replaced my fence and only gave me a small amount to repair part of my roof. Sergio Jr inspected my roof and suggested to give my insurance company another more recent date when we had a hail storm and said he would meet the insurance adjuster at my house. The insurance company gave me the money to replace my roof and the installation was completed in two days! It was pretty amazing! Have no fear the Hernandez family will take care of your roofing needs with complete satisfaction!

Very pleased with work done and workers, Sergio Jr was very professional and made sure the job was done right. everyone knew their job roof/detached garage/shed, all done the same day. Jobsite cleaned up , no mess or debris left on site couldn’t be more satisfied with work. Will spread the new with friends and neighbors. And anyone else who needs a good roof job. This may seem long winded but I must state that I couldn’t be happier with the work I’ve had done so far by Platinum home builders. As a young home owner experiencing my first home owners insurance claim I wasn’t sure what to do or who to go to. Sergio and his crew took care of my roof and gutters and walked me through the repairs they were making and explained in detail showing me pictures of any additional issues or changes they were having to make. Sarah Jasso as their office administrator was on site throughout the time they were here and called me outside or sent me photos and genuinely took the time to explain the entire process. As someone who is generally untrusting and is aware of all of the scams that take place in this day and age I must say I was skeptical of anyone working on my home at first. Platinum home builders gave me the trust and accountability I was looking for. They are currently working with me and my insurance to make sure my house is being repaired to code and that things that need to be updated to meet code are being taken care of and are accounted for by my insurance (within their power and my home owners insurance policy). They are currently working to get my siding matched to complete the job and I’m on my way to be a much happier homeowner after this entire escapade. For anyone concerned about their estimating or initial down payment, I was concerned at first as well. However, they showed up when they stated they would be here, they completed the job in a timely and professional manner and they left my yard and property looking better than when they got here. My roof and gutters look great and I look forward to having them back to complete my siding. Thank you to everyone at Platinum who helped out!
