Beyond livid. Materials were delivered in August and the company has stopped taking my calls. Is this even legal? God doesn’t like ugly, but rest assured that this company will reap what they have sewn on all of their customers. This company is a disgrace to the roofing industry.

We bought our home back in February of this year. Had it inspected and damage was noted (photos attached). It took us a few months to figure out who originally did the work-(this company) and we called and spoke to Tim. He said at the time he would come out and take a look–then we never heard anything despite repeated calls and texts. Contract was with a previous owner. I guess technically we are not under warranty, but really, should one expect this kind of damage due to shoddy workmanship within a few years? We had no choice but to go thru another roofer to fix the problem–and the cost will probably exceed 35k. So yes we were aware of the damage when we bought it but you would think these guys would be professional enough to address it and stand by it. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. If the owner wishes to respond I am happy to share the original contract.

Our roof is still under warranty but we can’t get the guy to come back and fix a place that’s leaking. It was NOT leaking anywhere before the new shingles were put on, but afterwards the first hard rain we had 4 different leaks. They worked on it 2 or 3 times, and 3 places haven’t leaked anymore. I’ve called and left messages, even posted on his Facebook Business page, and he deleted my posts. He doesn’t return calls or apparently stand behind his work. We’ve been very disappointed in him/his company after the great impression he made on us at first.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS – poor workmanship and non-existent customer service! I paid Tim in January to “repair” a leaking window, only to have it continue to leak and subsequently cause water damage and mold issues after some heavy rainstorms in the fall. The contract provided in January included a 2-year warranty on workmanship, but I was completely unable to reach him to discuss the issue and how to move forward. I left several voicemails and talked to the ladies who occasionally answered the phone (who admittedly were very apologetic), but I could not get Tim to call me back until after about three weeks when I left a heated voicemail saying that I would be involving a lawyer to take him to small claims court, since I now have to have the pay to have the window fixed again in addition to remediating the water/mold damage. He finally showed up the next day to look at the situation and said he’d be back that Friday, and then proceeded to not only not show up but also go back to being impossible to reach on the phone. I’m shocked that someone would run a business like this and can go into plenty more detail about how disappointed and frustrated I am, but everyone should be aware that this guy will not only do a poor job, he will also ghost you when you inevitably have an issue. There are other reviews out there that tell the same story – hire at your own risk.

Timothy Shirah at Southeastern Roofing and Restoration was hands down the best decision I could have made to repair my roof several estimates were made from various companies and not only was he fair on the prices he also had it done in record timing and was very respectful and professional I recommend Southeastern roofing and restoration to everyone!

We bought a house where the roof was to be replaced as a condition of closing. Unfortunately the previous owners used this “company” to do the work. 4 months after moving in we’ve had leaks in various places throughout the house. In some areas water was just pouring in. He came out once and looked at it, told us he had to get some tools and he would be back and we haven’t seen him since. That was months ago. He texted my wife back after she tried contacting him and he said he wasn’t coming back because she “looked down on him” while he was here. Use this company at your own peril because this guy is as shady as they get and the work performed will be shoddy at best. We hired a real roofer to come fix all of the garbage that this guy left behind. It’s cost us thousands… nothing that Tim and his crew did was completed according to industry standards.

I was referred to Southeastern Roofing by a friend. I began doing business with them during a transitional phase for their company. In which case the service was spectacular. With so much going on , Corona season and whatnot, it really impressed me their commitment to Excellence. When all things return to normal with our country. This is the company to keep eyes on. Old school genuine service..

Not sure what happened to this company. They were great up until December of 2019. Prior to December of 2019 you could get a quick response and work was performed on time at a decent price. Tim and his crew had less than a days work to finish my installation and since disappeared. One of his crew members asked to collect the balance of the job and said they would be back the next morning to wrap things up. 4 months later I’m still waiting for them to finish as they are paid in full. The owner has gone AWOL. Phone calls and text messages go unanswered. Based on a review from a month ago this seems to be a trend with this company. I reached out to a general contractor that referred me to this company to see if he has experienced issues. The answer I was given is he’s not using him anymore. If after reading this review and you decide to contact this company, good luck!

Had trouble contacting contractor and still has not been back to do repairs to thing that where broke during install of new roof.
