I am very pleased with the service we recieved from Palmetto roofing ,very professional people doing top notch work they replaced our roof, all the gutters and metal trim on the entire house everything looks fantastic,Jackson did a great job working with our insurance to get everything we needed replaced approved and making sure the entire job was done in a timely manner, most of all making sure we were pleased with the work that was done, they made themselves available anytime we called them, this day and time that tells you all you need to know about their commitment to service and quality for their customers,I highly recommend palmetto roofing ,their customer service and quality of work is second to none, thanks again Jackson your crew did an outstanding job.

Palmetto roofing just finished replacing our large very steep roof. The crew did an exceptional job working in 97 degree weather. They worked from 6:30am til 9:00pm and completed the job in 2 days. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up our yard of roofing nails and debris. I will definitely work with them again on future projects.

Contacted after recent hail storm for insurance claim to replace our roof and gutters. Out POC was Jackson C who was absolutely great to deal with and communication was ongoing. He was on top of everything from beginning to end. His roofing crew was great. They were quick and did a fabulous job on the roof and an amazing clean up the job was done. They were very professional and courteous while they were here. The gutter crew was just as good and efficient. Would highly recommend the company to anyone I know who needs roofing or gutter replacement.

Palmetto did an excellent job on our new roof. Very prompt service, great workmenship and completed the project in just a couple of days. The crew was very friendly and made sure all the debris was cleaned up. It was a pleasure working with Rodney. My home was one of many that encountered the hail storm in Rock Hill. I was tired of listening to all the companies that knocked on my door. I found Palmetto Roofing Siding Gutters. I stopped by there office and talked with Amanda. She answered all my questions and didn’t rush me. She told me about insurance companies that they won’t tell you. Soon afterwards Howard stopped by and inspected the damage. Has far more than my expectations of a contractor. He went over everything with me and started with my insurance co. He went back and forth with them quite often. I have an insurance which is the worst co. to deal with. Wouldn’t come out to adjust the damage, only by photos . Howard would constantly keep me informed of updates and he came out every time there was worked being done to document the work. I can’t say enough about Howard and the company.

I contacted this company to help with a relatively small job but one that required precision and a tall ladder. They returned my call within an hour and the contact person was friendly and helpful. It was a busy time for roofing companies with recent hail damage but to help me, they accepted what was likely a very low profit job for them. The workers arrived within a day and did excellent work. They took care of all the details, and the cost was much less than I originally had anticipated. Very satisfied customer!

Several weeks ago we had a significant hail storm affect our neighborhood. I reached out to Palmetto to come and inspect my roof. I had reached out to them previously to inspect on a different hail storm. During that storm I had one roofer tell me he could see damage but we would need to convince the insurance company. I didn’t like that. I had Palmetto come out and they saw no evidence of hail damage and assured me my roof was in good shape. Oddly enough, that’s exactly what the insurance adjusters report stated. So I began to trust them. That’s why I went back to them for this storm. They came out fairly quick to assess and made sure to be here when the adjuster was here. The adjuster had a drone but Jackson climbed up on the roof and made markings so his drone could pick it up more easily. Unfortunately this time we weren’t so lucky and had damage. Palmetto let me know they could take care of everything from the roof to the gutters and downspouts being replaced. When their crew began working, they uncovered a previous issue with the roof on my back porch. The flashing was not done properly and could introduce water over time. Their lead man on the job assured me he would fix it and make it look nice. I remember him saying he likes to make sure everything is done right the first time. I came home from work yesterday and they were finished. Took about a day and a half, and my roof is not small. I was very impressed with how my back porch roof looked. I was a little anxious before because I just wasn’t sure how they would fix it. Let me tell you, it looks really nice. The crew had everything cleaned up as if they were never even here. They moved my wife’s planters back and forth so as to not damage them. We referred them to several others in our neighborhood and for good reason. They are a great local company who you can trust and they do really nice work!
