We suffered roof damage on April 1st after a hail storm struck the Richmond area. I reached out to the Augustine Roofing team to assess the roof and they determined there was damage. Eric and his team supported us the whole way through the insurance evaluation process and were present through the approval and install process to replace the damaged roof. (We also have solar panels and they have been very helpful with having those removed for the roof replacement.) During this time they were so responsible and professional – their pricing was also very reasonable. I highly recommend Eric and the teams at Augustine Roofing!!

This company is the real deal! Jesse was a delight to work with, I can’t thank him enough, he educated and communicated with me through out the process, and more importantly guided me with a complicated home insurance process. Eric and his team are the best!!! After inspection on my roof damage he and his company did my roof and gutters. I was out of town on the day they came to fix it and they still did it swiftly and it looks excellent. Also fix a small piece of siding for me. Totally recommend!!!
