I have used AC roofs before, a bit pricy, but fast response and quality was okay. I am not happy with them recently is because I sent money to a friend per PayPal and accidentally sent to AC roof, I texted and called him, he promised that he would return, but he never return the money.

Working with this company was a breeze, super fast response! They fixed a major tear in the roof that causing serious leaking inside. The workers were professional, thorough and fast. They guarantee the work for two years with the “roof tune up” option. I would use again for sure! Thank you

***UPDATED: DO NOT HIRE*** I am so disappointed I chose AC roofing. It is a joke and a scam. Our roof continues to leak and Teresa now avoids our calls and fixing the problem. They seemed great in the beginning, responsive and helpful but once they have your money, they could care less. Absolutely disgusting. I’m shocked this company is still in business. They have thousands of dollars of ours and don’t even fix the problem. Do you research and find a loyal company who actually cares about doing quality work at a good price.

This is the second time we have used AC roofing and we can’t thank Theresa and her workers enough for their prompt help with our roof. We are having our kitchen renovated and with all of the rain we started to see leaking in certain areas of the roof. She had someone at our home within 1 day of a call to repair what needed to be fixed. She was thorough in what we needed, had the roofer take pictures so we could see what had been done: before during and after. We have a warranty through AC and she assured us that we can reach out anytime if anything comes up and they will be there to fix it. Thanks so much Theresa

Company did not provide cost estimate of the work nor the services that would be rendered before proceeding to start work on a minor leak in a bay window. Ultimately I was told $700 cost, after the fact, for what was 2 tubes of caulk applied to 2 windows and 1 door over not more than 30mins time. It was so fast the guy didn’t even turn off his truck. Poor business practices to not quote ahead of deciding to do the work, on top of eye-popping prices relative to the services rendered, if you ask me. I would not recommend. Editing to respond to owner’s response: Notice the owner responded to this 6 months after it happened. They did not provide the cost over the phone prior to coming out. Flat out lie.

Needed a damanged section of my roof covered since expecting strong winds and heavy rainfall. I spoke to Teresa and she understood my concern and anxiety, and she sent Steeven to do the work the same day and within a short period of time after my phone call to her. Steeven covered the damanged sections in the rain; he did such a professional job. I am planning to have ACA Roof Repair to replace the damanged sections. I highly recommed ACA Roof Repair. This is a SCAM! Do not give your money to Theresa Stergo (A.C. Roof Repair or AC Roofing). They sent a person that went on my roof and did not do any repair work. They were suppose to send before and after photos and never did. They stopped responding to all of my message and calls. I filed a small claims and won but the sheriff could not locate the owner.

BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT HIRE!! I contacted Ac roofing to repair a leak in December. They had good reviews so it seemed like I could trust them. When I spoke with Theresa on the phone she told me they were swamped but she could squeeze me in right away. As I was speaking with her she asked if I would be interested in a roof tuneup. This is where they inspect your entire roof, fix any issues including the one I called about and guarantee to fix any future leaks for the next two years for 2100 dollars. She assured me that if I should have a leak they would come out “right away” to fix it. BUYER BEWARE!! Once they have your money all the “great” customer service goes out the window!! I called on Wednesday after noticing a leak in my ceiling in the same spot that was suppose to be fixed and which I paid 2100 dollars to have peace of mind for two years that any additional leaks would be repaired “right away”. It is now Monday, SIX days later and nobody from this company has come to fix my roof. I told them it was a bad leak and I was concerned bc we had rain in the forcast and a storm with rain and snow on Saturday. I was told they were “swamped” and she didn’t know when they could come out! It was interesting to me that when I first called in December, before she had my money, she was swamped but managed to “squeeze” me in and get my 2100 dollars! Now, my ceiling is much worse, more damage bc of storms over the weekend and nothing from this company! They had since Wednesday to come, it didn’t rain as expected on Thursday and the sun was shining on Friday prior to the Saturday storm. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! IF YOU NEED FOLLOW UP THEY WILL NOT RESPOND!! My only recourse now is filing complaints with the attorney general of MA, which I have done, also sent a complaint and request for help with a local news station consumer reporter, but ultimately I believe I will have to take this company to court to get my 2100 dollars back. The only upside is that my nephew is my lawyer and he feels we have a strong case to not only get my 2100 but also damages incurred to my ceiling because they did not come out to fix the area before the storm. I am lucky bc I don’t have to pay my nephew, but most people are not this fortunate, so once again DO NOT HIRE!!
