Straight terrible I saw them not picking up trash and this morning leaving a biohazard aka poop and never pick it up I would never do business or take there business I would rather have cleaning lady’s or do it myself then to pay them to clean up my business place

I am not entirely sure how I can be the 10th person to review Jan Pro. They are AMAZING! Our company has worked with them for several years and it has been THE best experience. We have a pretty messy group, and they do an fabulous job at cleaning up after us. They have always gone above and beyond. They have great communication, customer service and even better cleaning and disinfecting skills. I highly recommend using them!

Excellent cleaning services with a fantastic office team! Jan Pro has been servicing the business for about 3 years now and they are always on-time, quick to respond to all concerns, and they immediately call you back within an hour most times. Their local office always answers your calls immediately and places orders right away for any special services. We are very happy with their cleaning services at our distribution center as our business does $145 Million a year in sales and needs cleaning every day with a 24hr operation.

We manage commercial real estate. One property is a midtown Sacramento office building. Our long time 8 year tenant came to the end of their lease. Unlike a lot of tenants they decided to hire a professional cleaning company for their move out. They informed us Jan Pro would do the work. We were on site and observed the cleaning. Jan Pro sent two professional and experienced women who did remarkable work in a full day. They were also very pleasant and cooperative. The attention to cleaning detail was far above the janitorial norm. .Highly recommend.
