My wife and I highly recommend Capital City Maids. Jesus and his team take great care of our short term rental cleanings when we’re out of town. Their response time is very quick. We feel valued as customers, they do good work, and we will be using Capital City Maids in the future.

They were on time which was a great way to start. When my wife and I came home we immediately could smell the cleaning products which was a good sign. After the cleaning ladies left, we noticed the amazing attention to detail. They didn’t miss a single thing, and went above any beyond in every aspect. Definitely would use again and plan too!

I am fairly disappointed with this company as I have used this company before in my previous house. I scheduled a deep clean move out and as I hadn’t heard anything when it came to the day of the scheduled clean out I called and they had forgot my scheduled cleaning and I told them I had a carpet cleaner coming in the morning. They came the day after the scheduled move out cleaning and rushed the cleaning before the carpet cleaners got there. I get a text that they have finished and pay them for their time without seeing it . I go there the next day and the temperature is set at 50 degrees and to my surprise I text them and they blame it on the carpet cleansers when on the phone they told me they tend to forget to turn off the ac to text to remind them as I did . I have also used them Before as in my previous house the ac was left on for several days after the clean out . If it wasn’t enough that the energy was set to 50 degrees when it was 102 outside there were things not done as in a move out cleaning.

Capital City Maids has done a great job for us every time! Jesus is very easy to communicate with and helps make sure our home is taken care of. His team does a great job and gets what we need done without any issues. We appreciate their hard work!

Most places wanted to charge me $300 to $400. This place cleaned my home from top to bottom for $200. Plus the two ladies did an excellent job.

I cannot say enough good things about Capitol City Maids! I had previously hired another company to clean my house before a party this weekend. That company canceled me hours before their appointment. I was in needed of a cleaner fast and Capitol City Maids delivered. I called them and Jesus was able to give me a quote over the phone and schedule me for an appointment the next day. The ladies that came to clean my house ( I am so sorry I did not catch their names) were so professional and did an AMAZING job! My house has never looked so clean! I was so nervous to have people at my house but after the team left I was so excited– they left the place absolutely perfect! Thank you Capitol City Maids! I am looking forward to getting regular cleanings scheduled!

These three women came into a house that was a disaster. They did a good job of cleaning. Edit: after glancing at the bags of trash I noticed that there were things that very much should not have been thrown out. Legal paperwork, a wall hanging, a handmade hat, and the list goes on after I had to dig through all of the bags. If you have a time scheduled you may need to take time off from work to watch them to make sure they don’t throw away important things.
