Roof Medic was great with my roof repair! Absolutely no issues, which is hard to come by with a home repair/maintenance company. My project manager, Hunter B, was extremely helpful, communicative, and efficient along the way. Roof Medic assisted me with working with my insurance company and anything else that was needed. The team on my 2 project days was extremely diligent. Shayne D, the day-of manager, was available and communicative as well. I can’t believe how hard the team worked in the heat wave. I did quite a bit of research and comparison between companies for my full roof replacement, and I have no regrets after going with Roof Medic.

Roof medic was responsive and on-site same day to assess a leak. Professional and efficient. An early review (not under contract yet) so I can’t speak to warranty or support, but I wanted to leave a note how exceptional it was that they applied a temporary fix before having agreement from me to move forward with a larger quote. Speaks to their confidence.

I would happily give 5 stars and recommend Roof medic to all my friends. Hunter is a fantastic person who helped us all through the process. I worked with a couple of roofers before them, and both times, my insurance wouldn’t accept the intensity of damage. Hunter was very thorough in his assessment and documented the damage with pictures , videos & additional tests, and negotiated with the adjuster, which finally led to insurance approval for full replacement. He also did a pre-assesment before roof work, which helped uncover few vulnerabilities in attic, which I think most other contractors would have shrugged off saying that’s not their job. During the execution, They were very professional right from start through close of the project. Overall, it was a fantastic company to work with.

Roof Medic were the best contractors and professionals I’ve worked with! Hunter made the process so easy for us and assured us throughout each step of what to expect. They helped us with our claim, communicated with our insurance adjuster, and made sure we got the repair coverage we needed for the damage on our roof. We got our entire roof replaced and covered and wouldn’t have even thought to do this without their help. I’m so glad we took them up on the free inspection offer! I wish Roof Medic did more than roofs because they were a pleasure to work with and gave me absolute confidence. They have set my expectations high for working with contractors in the future!

June 2024 – We had such a positive experience with The Roof Medic (Raleigh Office) from the beginning through completion of the project in May for replacement of our shingles on our home and workshop – including some decking and facia board replacement as well as the addition of new gutters on the house. We found this company takes great pride in their quality of work, are detailed oriented and very customer friendly. It was by chance that we learned of this veteran-owned roofing company out of Charlotte by way of the nicest young man – Hunter – whom is a project manager out of their Raleigh office. When passing by our home in late April, he noticed the growth of a lot of moss on our shingles on the house and stopped to introduce himself and the company with an offer of a free inspection of our roof. Subsequently, this encounter led to a contract with Roof Medic. The lead team, including Hunter and the sales manager, Brad and production manager, Shane, were true professionals and a pleasure to interact with. Hunter – always with a smile – provided outstanding service by closely monitoring the project and maintaining close contact with us throughout the entire process. Hence, as a satisfied customer it is our pleasure to highly recommend Roof Medic!

We had a lot of roof damage from a storm. They worked with our insurance company and handled a lot of the work for us. They made everything stress free and made sure that we didn’t have any questions. Would absolutely recommend and use them again.

This company has been monumental in helping me meet all of my roofing needs and has set a new STANDARD OF SERVICE in this industry. Please forgive my username as this account is used for purposes unrelated to work or social life. I had the pleasure of getting a replacement of my 18-year old roof that had experienced a bad leak after a storm and some wind damage. Roof Medic came out did an inspection and from that day forward the team was Responsive, Knowledgeable, accommodating, and of the highest quality. My job was done on time and I know how hard that can be when it comes to construction. I couldn’t be happier this company has such integrity and they showed a tremendous investment towards my roof. I would recommend!
