After filling the form to get a quote, we received a call that was 14 min long talking about what we wanted and the services they provide. We talked about every room and whether it had carpet and so on. We got a quote, higher than other cleaners we’ve used but decided to give it a try because of all the great reviews. We wanted to check the normal maintenance clean before booking a deep clean, we usually do that and we book cleanings every 2 weeks. After that we got another call without previous notice, some text to follow again confirming the same things and resending emails from the first call. Agreed to another call. The new called discussed how the quoting was wrong and that now we needed to prioritize certain rooms for the cleaning cuz they were afraid they wouldn’t be done in 5 hours (mind blown by this because all the cleaners we’ve had have done this in 5-6 hours and only 1 person) (they’ve done a pretty good job we are just searching for our forever company to use). How unprofessional was this, we are so disappointed…I’ve never experience having to prioritize certain rooms and that others might not get cleaned on time. We are very busy people and we take time to budget and schedule our months really well. This is such an inconvenience. I’m sorry I cannot recommend this service and I can’t help but be skeptical about all the good reviews. *owner reached out after our review to offer a discounted service but we just don’t feel comfortable anymore.

This has been our first time using a service like this. We have found that once a month really gives us a leg up on keeping the house in order. Qiana has come both times and she is incredible very nice and professional. Her cleaning skills are on another level. The companies services are reasonable and they have a number of plans to suit your needs. They are easy to work with.
