I really wanted to give 5 stars, but I couldn’t. Although the roofers did a great job completing the roof install and Brady was very friendly and able to work with our insurance company to get the new roof approved , I think communication with Regal could’ve been better. Once I submitted my insurance check (Mid May) to Brady I didn’t hear from him until after the install. I had to reach out to Regal Roofers in regards to making an appointment for the install and what to expect on install day. As we got closer to the install date (6/3/24), I wasn’t sure if the install was happening or not (weather was predicting rain).The only thing I could do was hope for the best which was not a great feeling. They did show up as scheduled as well as materials on the same day, but it would’ve been nice to get some kind of confirmation. About a week, after the install, they left extra materials on our driveway. On 6/10/24 I called on my cell but no one picked up. I called 2 times. My husband then called on his cell and they picked up. He told them they need to pick up the extra materials left since it was blocking an area of the driveway where one of our cars had to park out of the way. They came the next day. 21 days after the install, I texted Brady about receiving the final paperwork/warranty documentation since no one reached out. It was finally sent to me the day I sent the text. They also submitted the warranty on my behalf the same day. Other than the communication improvement, everything else was good.

Regal did an awesome job. James W was extremely helpful, persistent fighting for us and oversaw the entire replacement.

I had a great experience with Regal Roofing. Bo and John were extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and they helped me work with my insurance to get a new roof. They were always available to answer my many questions, and I loved the transparency that existed throughout the process. I’m really happy that I chose Regal and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs roof repair.

We highly recommend James and Regal Roofing. He was excellent to work with, he was able to work with our insurance company to get our damaged roof repaired. The crew that completed the job was very efficient and fast. It was a pleasure working with them.

We were very impressed with how post-storm damage and the firm’s relationship with our insurance company, Regal, obtained, through evidenced photographs and a report conducted by our insurer, 100% coverage for our roof repairs minus copay on a claim. The work was excellent.

I was very satisfied with Regal Roofing. They were very persuasive with the insurance company in getting the roof replacement. They were in and out in one day. Quality workmanship and clean up was excellent
