Josh answered every question with honesty and integrity. The crew who showed up to replace my roof was not just on time, but early. They did at least 2 walk throughs in my yard to make sure all the debris was picked up. Scott and Jessica have been nothing but customer service oriented and accommodating. I will recommend Puyallup Roofing company to my friends and family!

Josh came out to look at a gutter problem on our roof. He had a couple ideas and did a little work removing a leaf filter screen that was blocking water from getting into the gutter. (We put LeafFilters on the house and don’t get them if you live among pine or fir trees.) He didn’t charge anything and I will certainly call him back out if we need to do more to fix the overflow problem.

They were amazing! There communication with us was always timely when we had questions. We kept going back and forth on different material and they were so knowledgeable which helped us make a great decision on our roofing style. The employees were always so nice and responsive. Our roof was in very poor shape and Puyallup Roofing did such a great job we loves every part of the process and final product. It made our house totally transform. We recommend them after having many difficulties in the past with other companies. They did an amazing job!
