This company came around knocking on doors in my neighborhood back in January advertising their roofing repair services. My husband decided to go with this company but died a short period later. This company made it seem like they were trying to help by bringing food to my home in the event of my husband’s death. They also stated they would eat my deductible so I signed a $3300 check over to them to complete my roof repairs from my home owners insurance company. Fast forward four months later this company still have yet to repair my roof and is blaming it on COVID. There was no communication from them on what was going on with my estimated scheduled appointments in March, April, or May unless I called them myself. So I requested a refund and still till this day I have not received a refund even though they claim to have mailed it back to my insurance company two weeks ago. The owner of the company gave me this big lie about not being able to get in touch with anyone at my insurance company which is USAA whom always answers every call from customers. I’ve never had any problems contacting USAA for anything! I spoke with my insurance company today 6/21/21 and they still have not received a refund check from AMC Roofing. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and Georgia Insurance Department for insurance fraud. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!!! They took my money and used my husband’s death to take advantage of me!

Exceeded all expectations! Not a hitch in the process. A very large job done in one day. If you don’t at least have AMC talk with you and/ or your insurance company you may get burned. There are a lot of bad roofing companies in GA and AMC Roofing is stellar! Price, Quality, and Professionalism of AMC will exceed your expectations.

What a company! This is by far the best experience we have ever received from a roofing and construction company. Everyone involved in AMC provided piece of mind in the decision we were making in moving forward with our roof and gutter project! On time, professional, and the end result was exceptional !

We had a few contractors come out for quotes and AMC stood out from the beginning. They were the most thorough, knowledgeable, personable, and we felt truly had our best interest in mind, not their bottom line. Will definitely continue to call AMC in the future!

We are so pleased and impressed! Josh explained the whole process to my husband and even helped navigate our insurance. Step by step he made sure we were set so we could get the new roof we desperately needed. My husband was so confident in trusting AMC that he was in another state when they came by to install our new roof. Kyle was fantastic in walking me through the install process to make sure I understood what was needed. He checked on me and the crew often as the install progressed. We had damage on our roof from storms but in under 10 hours the crew had the old roof off, the damage repaired, and the new roof installed. Now we have a wonderful new roof with all the bells and whistles to help so we never have that kind of water damage again. We are so impressed with AMC. If you are looking at companies then these guys will take care of you!

AMC was on point! I’ve used them now for two projects and will use them again in the future. They were courteous, trustworthy, and professional. The work was meticulous and done to perfection. And their pricing was more than fair compared to other quotes I received. Like I said, I will use them again!

I have to say, Leland Riche was one of the best salesman I have encountered. I just wanted to state how transparent and efficient Leland was with me. I’m not sold easily but if it’s what I need and it’s pitched to me right without a force. You have my business. If you want a trustworthy salesman, that’s the guy.
