The estimator Jim Cole was very pleasant and easy to work with. The day of the job, the foreman (Carlos) was here before the crew arrived, assuring a smooth start. With ladders up and trailers for trash in place, the crew started to work, and boy did they work. They went nonstop until lunch then right back to it. The crew finished up late afternoon, and they didn’t leave until every detail was in place and the yard was in very clean condition. Superior Roofing did a truly stellar job; the roof looks great and it was an extremely good experience overall. My wife and I are very pleased and would highly recommend Superior Roofing. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! I was even under a time constraint which Superior roofing was able to accommodate. In addition, every person I spoke to was very pleasant which is of high importance to me as a business owner myself. Very high marks for honesty as well. I had them do a more comprehensive job than they actually thought needed to be done. It’s great to know who you can trust when you really need someone. Next time I need a roof repair, I know exactly who I’ll call. These people are fantastic!
