The team at One Construction & Roofing was first class. I had purchased a home that required the installation of a new roof within 30 days of my closing date. Out of all the companies I consulted with, One Construction had the best communication, walked me through the timeline of the permit process/installation, and gave me the most affordable rate. Throughout the process, they kept me informed and completed and the job within a reasonable time period well before the 30 days. They showed up to work on-time, cleaned up job site, and had excellent craftsman shop. Thank you One Construction. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

New roof for a house flip! One Construction was amazing. I was very indecisive on what color roof to go with and they were very helpful with showing me colors and samples. They pulled the permit and had the roof finished in 3 days. Everyone on site was very impressed with the One Construction crew and even how clean they were. Plus they were the best price in town. I will 100% be using them for all my future roofing needs.

My metal roof was completed a couple of months ago, and I believe they did excellent work. I decided to contract with One Construction & Roofing because they completed the roof on my neighbor’s home, and the job was done quickly including some rotted wood I watched them replace. I have a swimming pool and some minor landscaping, which was all undamaged and kept clean with a few enormous tarps they utilized to collect all the debris. Nails are part of the deal when you are removing an old roof and replacing it with a new one, but amazingly, the employees seem to have collected all the nails–old and new. The project manager is the reason I recommend One Construction. He was always available, extremely responsive, and communicated every step of the process perfectly.

One Construction replaced my roof last week. They had the best price out of 5 bids. Signed the contract and work started in 3 days. One day for tear off and underlayment and one day for shingles. Left everything very clean, and are very professional. I have 35 years of experience in property maintenance and management. It doesn’t get any better then this. Solid work.

One Construction & Roofing Contractors had excellent skills and exemplified exceptional teamwork and ethics. They had excellent time management skills and completed the job in no time. My neighbors were very impressed by their safety skills, as well as their clean up process. My experience from the initial phone call, throughout the completion of my roof was excellent.
