Barry is a thief…he bought mules from our mother after our father passed away…he came and got them and never finished paying for them and that was over 3 years ago ..I wouldn’t trust him for anything ..if you can steal from a widow…you will rip off anybody….

Where is Barry and his crew? Gave them the money required as a down payment. They some what did the tear off and this guy has ghosted me, my house, and family.??? Every review you read is true about this guy.

After being employed with CR Western Roofing it is fair to say that they are a company to look out for, they will scam you!! The quality of there work is nothing of a professional roofing company. They have inexperienced workers and they do very little training with no supervision on the job, they’ll higher anyone. While I was working there I would say that the majority of customers where unhappy with either the terrible quality of the job or the totally unnecessary amount of time it took to do a job. This company doesn’t even own the proper equipment to do a roof. They don’t do what they say they will. They may seem like a good deal but please know you are getting what you pay for, they do very low quality work.

They don’t deserve even one star. This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. They were hired by the condo association to repair the roof, not by me. They started tearing the roof off and left it unprotected from the weather. The storm came through that same day and destroyed our condo. The walls started to sag and the light fixtures had water draining from them. Once we met with the company about how we were going to resolve the damage they refused to give us their insurance information. They stated that they were going to play the roll of a restoration company. They were NOT going to tear down the drywall or insulation. Understood they were going to open up a small package so they can the dehumidifier would suck out all the liquid. Our walls were literally sagging from the water damage! I was offended with how careless they were about the damaged they caused. Don’t ever hire this company, Unless if you want your place to look like my condo along with the other four units they ruined. if you want to see the video of the water going through the light fixtures and walls go to their Facebook page.

This man took money from my father, did not work, and will not pay my father back! If you call him, prepare to be ripped off or robbed. He lives on the reservation, and it will be almost impossible to get any kind of reply back from him. Total rip off dirt bag!

Barry Cellan is one of the most shady humans I have ever met. He is a lier and a cheat!! I hired him to install a new roof on a very small section of the house and him and his crew did THE WORST job I could of imagine! Not only did he do numerous code violations, he didn’t even cover the whole roof. There were a few areas where he didn’t put roofing materials on so there are actual bare spots of nothing on my roof. So when I called him to come look at / fix the problems he was no where to be found. Only when I got the city involved did he send some workers to throw abunch of tar around that didn’t fix anything. They didn’t even put tar on the actual bare spots. Barry Cellan is a horrible person I would recommend never doing business with him.

Barry Cellan is a nightmare. We had him replace a leaking roof and it wasn’t only done poorly it had numerous code violations, he never got a permit, and he also committed fraud by using a different product than on the estimate and receipt. The product used was leftover from another job (so he basically charged them and got to double down on payment). When we contacted him after the roof was complete because areas were not sealed down and pieces were falling off and he never showed to fix until he was contacted by the city. He then sent some workers and they plastered tar over some of the areas but still didn’t fix numerous other problem areas. Then when we contacted him again he harassed us over the phone. I would save yourself the headache known as Barry Cellan. This guy is not to be trusted! I feel sorry for anyone else that he has done this to because I am sure we are not the only ones.
