Responsive service from initial proposal through project completion. Proposal contains photos of work areas and a description of materials and work to be done. Crew communication was clear and also included photos as necessary. Communication via email, phone and text helps with scheduling coordination. Highly recommended.

We used Integrity roofing for a leak in our 14 year old home, the communication is excellent they reached out to us, did an inspection and gave us a quote before any other company we had reached out to even returned our call!! With all the rain in the Bay Area we we were worried about further damage to the interior walls, we were scheduled a few weeks out but they were able to come in sooner and complete the repairs. With before and after pictures and videos the scope of the work was well explained and the price was fair and less than what I was expecting. With a 2 year warranty there’s a peace of mind that the work was done properly. We have used them again on a different property with a leaky roof and the service was stellar thanks to an amazing team working behind the scenes, thanks to Malena and Liz for making the process smooth. I would highly recommend Integrating roofing.

Jamin is absolutely the best! He is trustworthy and dependable. He came out to check an alleged leaked in our bathroom. He immersion got on the roof and checkout and found no leak. He explained what could be cause of the leak and charged nothing! What an awesome person to work with and my dog loved him too!

Water started leaking in my dining room the day before I was scheduled to show my house for an open house. Panicked I called a couple of roofers. The first recommended replacing one side of the roof. Seemed excessive for a small leak but it is always hard to determine where the water is coming from. Called Integrity and the arrived on time Jamin pulled out a ladder hopped on the roof and identified the source of the leak as a cracked tile. Jamin told me where I could find a replacement and came back the next day and replaced the damaged tile. I could not be happier with the level of service and honesty Jamin delivers. They do live up to the company name. I highly recommend using them for any roofing needs. This was for a concrete tile roof.

I tried getting quotes from a few companies and what stood out about Integrity is they are just easy to work with. What took a couple text messages with Jamin was taking weeks of arrangements with other companies. Regarding prices … The prices are good. They are not the cheapest but definitely good value and no surprises along the way. Regarding quality … I happened to be home and could spend a few hours on the roof watching their crew to do their work and I can tell they did well. No shortcuts, everything was done as it should be. All my requests were addressed too. Overall, they would be my #1 recommended roofing company in the area.

Integrity Roofing Systems lives up to their name. They have high integrity and you can trust them with your repair work. We used them last year for a job. First of all they are honest, one of the area on the roof did not require repair, the area was difficult to reach and you have to remove the tiles to assess. So in their initial estimate, they included the cost of this repair but once they started working on it, they informed me that the roof was good in that part and reduced the price from their estimate accordingly. Second, their customer service and response time is best, for a follow up minor issue, I called them and they took care of it the very next day. Third, they are professional, customer centric, and you can count on their warranty. With all this atmospheric river and storms, it must be one of the busiest times of the year for them, even then they responded within 24 hours and honor the warranty of their repair work. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

My wife and I received a recommendation for Integrity Roofing Systems from our future solar installers. We wanted to have our roof assessed to see if it would hold up to a solar installation prior to having it installed. Jamin Broom came out and gave us an honest and professional opinion of the life left in the roof. He gave us a price quote shortly after and we decided to hire Integrity Roofing. We found Jamin and his entire crew to be top notch in all areas from communication to quality and execution as well as follow up. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the service that we received and have nothing but high praise and thanks to Jamin and his entire crew.

I found my roof was leaking during the raining day. I contacted Integrity Roofing, after reading top rated reviews, and already had a quote from another company. The communication with Integrity Roofing was smooth, Jamin came quickly and inspected thoroughly, and found more roof damage than I am aware of. The quote was lower than the other company and reasonable. I felt it’s important to find a trustworthy company since you can’t go up to the roof to inspect everything. And I trusted them. Three workers and Jamin came promptly, completely the job well, Jamin inspected the work to ensure all work completed in satisfaction. I highly recommend Integrity Roofing to anyone who need roofing service.
