I reached out to Imperial Roofing for a consultation regarding a possible roof leak, and Igor’s response was amazing! He arrived the same day within an hour of contacting him, even in July. Igor was honest and fair; despite not having done the original roof work, he didn’t charge me for his findings. He provided his candid opinion that no roofing work was necessary, attributing the issue to poor home craftsmanship and shifting sheet rock. Igor was incredibly courteous, professional, and honest throughout the consultation. It’s rare to find a company with such integrity nowadays. Ivan Kislinskii and his crew were excellent! They quickly identified the source of the leak on my roof which allowed water to come into my house. I saw pictures of the damage around my chimney and pictures after the project was completed. Two other roofers were unable to solve my problem but Ivan and his crew were successful! I would definitely recommend Imperial Roofing to everyone.

Very happy with the promptness, details, and the service from Imperial Roofing and Construction. Igor was very quick in responses when I had questions via text. He was very patient in explaining the process for insurance though he could have simply directed me to insurance company customer support. Keep up the good work guys!

These guy provide what you’d call a perfect service. They filed claim on my behalf, were in constant contact with an insurance and handling the entire claim. Gave me a beautiful roof, which was damaged by hail, fixed everything they promised, upgraded my roof vents, fixed my fence and more. Truly gave me more value for a dollar.
