After getting quotes from three companies, we chose Allstate Roofing because they had the better warranty and seemed to be the most professional. Nelson and his team did a wonderful job replacing the underlayment on our roof. They were very professional and kept us updated on progress. The price was also very competitive. I would definitely recommend this company! Edit: Allstate has continued to be a great company to work with! They were very kind and helpful when we needed a broken tile fixed on our roof. We recently hired them again to replace the underlayment on another house. They did an amazing job on this one as well and we will continue to recommend them.

******UPDATE******** Eight years ago, my roof underwent a complete replacement due to storm damage, and after a challenging battle with my insurance provider (State Farm), I found myself responsible for the costs. Allstate Roofing, led by Chad, provided invaluable support throughout the ordeal and beyond. Chad not only ensured I received precisely what I needed but also offered long-term solutions to save me money down the line. Just last month, when a microburst damaged sections of my roof, I immediately turned to Chad and his team for help. True to form, Chad responded promptly, sending a team to assess and temporarily repair the roof before swiftly completing the necessary repairs. The experience wasn’t just about fixing my roof; it was about trust, respect, and building a lasting relationship. I cannot express enough gratitude for Chad and everyone at Allstate Roofing. Their professionalism, dedication, and unwavering support have earned my deepest respect. While I hope to never encounter roofing issues again, I take comfort in knowing that I can always rely on Chad and his team whenever the need arises. Thank you, Chad, for your exceptional service and reliability. I would like to take a minute and write about Allstate Roofing Inc During a storm in July 2014 we took a lot of damage to our roof. I looked up several roofing companies on Home Advisor, Angie’s List and the BBB (did a ton of research). We had 3 companies come out and give us quotes and from the minute I met Chad (owner of AllState) I knew we had found our roofer. He was passionate and professional and very informative. We had our insurance adjuster out (from an absolutely worthless insurance company that is not worth mentioning by name-discount double check). They denied our claim. I called Chad and asked him if he would be willing to meet with a 2nd adjustor and he jumped at the chance to help. Needless to say the second adjustor was worse than the first one and the roof still wasn’t going to be covered. Chad worked with us on crunching numbers and we secured the financing to pay for the repairs. The Project Manager Johnny (we could not have hoped for a better guy to be running our roof project) came out 2 days before the project was to begin and went over everything with me and my wife. The crews that showed up were very professional and way beyond courteous. They were here early and worked late. They allowed me to add work as we went along and the costs were very reasonable. THE ROOF LOOKS AMAZING. Friends and Family drive by my house because they don’t even recognize it anymore. I would recommend Allstate Roofing to everyone and anyone I know.

I’m very pleased with the work done by Allstate Roofing, and the foreman Nelson. The company was very professional and responsive at all stages of the reroof process. All repairs were pointed out to us and our approval was sought for any changes from the initial quote. The crew did a good job cleaning up at the end of each workday. Overall I’m very pleased with the work.

I got 4 bids on my house. The first was $29K and about a 15 year warranty. The second was $19K and a 15 year warranty. The third was $15K and a 20 year warranty. This third company would have gotten the job based on their good track record, however, Allstate was my final bidder who came in at $15K and a 30 year warranty. The funny thing about all the other bids is they were offering the same amount of materials for less warranty. I awarded the work to Allstate. Brad Robertson and Nelson Perez were responsible for my roofing job. I found them both to be exceptional. Then the team that Nelson managed… they were excellent. I recommend these guys, but do yourself a favor, feed them lunch at least once to say “Thanks” and then give them a big tip. They work hard and deserve the tip for sure. Thanks Allstate Roofing of Phoenix for doing such a wonderful job on the roof. Well done! Also, I should say they left the job site at the end of the day in good shape by cleaning up the major stuff.

Amazing company! My last experience with Allstate Roofing was great! They did an awesome job of replacing my old shingle roof last month. The crew was amazing, very proactive, and had also great attitude. A special thanks to Chad for answering all of my questions with patience and professionalism. Overall great service! I had my A/C replaced and unfortunately the seal between the a/c and the roof leaked. I called Allstate and they came out, figured out what needed to be done and took care of it! That’s what I believe is the way it should be done. I recommend Allstate to everyone who wants to know who I think is the roofer to call!

All-State roofing did a great job in my roof from giving me recomendations what was needed to be done to the detailed cost of each product. Everything was done on time, and priced right. their roofers were fast and hard workers living my house clean from any debris or trash. I am greatful to the owner Mr. Chad Thomas to comlete my request for my garage. Thank you.
