Was told by another roofing company that my roof should be replaced. However Clarence said there was still years left of life on the roof and just needed maintenance. They did great work and did not try and sell me something I didn’t need.

My Mom used Clarence Smith roofing over 30 yrs ago, she said that she had a leak that no other roofers could find,but they were able to,so now I also have used them for many years,they always call you back and are a honest and reliable company..

Agree with other reviews. Standup company. We had some hiccups along the way with weather and historical commission needs but ultimately got the job done with an excellent, courteous team and trust that these guys are around. Love that we see them all around the neighborhood doing work – makes that 10 year guarantee feel more real. Also, Earl is just a nice, interesting guy. Especially help their fair approach – we have a tight driveway and their truck damaged our back gate. They handled the situation fairly which could have left a bad taste in mouth. Instead, once again, they demonstrated their professional approach. Will be sure to use them to maintain our roof going forward (we had a flat roof and pitched) and recommend to neighbors. They were not the cheapest, they were not the most expensive but after lots of quotes and research I am confident they are the right pick for value.

Stand up company and was on time and reliable. Communication through four was great kept everyone informed about what was going on, when they would be there, etc….

They replaced the slate shingles on top of front of house and on the bay window with HD asphalt shingles. Great job and thorough clean up afterwards

Awesome roofer. Always willing to help people out. Fair prices and even went out of their way to help someone that was scammed by a fake roofer and fixed her roof for free! Amazing!

So happy with the experience. They were on time, professional, courteous. They did an exceptional job and how well they cleaned up you wouldn’t even know they were there. The best experience with a contractor I have ever had.
