I have a three bedroom ranch home and Elliot the sales person from Roofing Done Rite said they could replace my roof in one day. However, it took one and a half days which was really no big deal but they left the dumpster in my driveway for four nights and four days. They actually delivered the dumpster and supplies to a different house on my street, and I had to call them to deliver it to me. When they did the installation, they had no one here that could speak English. There was no communication as to when they would arrive, leave nor the progression of the work. Lance, the owner, in his words did not feel he had to offer good customer service…He has people for that. He was very difficult to deal with because he was argumentative about everything that I felt needed fix which was not much and probably because I’m a woman. Because I can tell you, a man wouldn’t have put up with his attitude nor would he have responded the same way he did with me. The major item was the wrap around the chimney and I wanted to see how the flashing was done. I really wanted to have the flashing redone and leave off the wrap. They had done such a poor job cosmetically on the flashing , it could not be redone. I had to settle for them to redo the wrap. Thank goodness for a project manager named Wes that was very customer oriented and very knowledgeable and was here to supervise the workers when they came back to fix the wrap around the chimney. I will say on a positive note that they did a good job with installing the shingles and I love the color. However, overall I would not recommend them. Note: Photos below are of the wrap before they came back to correct.

Roofing Done Rite was amazing to work with, I would recommend them to anyone! The customer service was spot on, the crew was respectful of our property and home cleaning up everything before they left! They worked hard, got the job done, and did it well! They are absolutely A+ to work with!!

I can fully recommend Roofing Done Rite!! They were prompt and efficient and did an amazing job replacing our damaged roof and they did it in a day!! No high pressure sales, just a thoroughly informative presentation leaving no guess work for us as buyers. It was refreshing to be able to (buying) again and not feel like I was being sold. 2 Thumbs Way up!!

Steve Hartman was great to work with! He was completely honest & transparent letting me know all of my options as well as his recommendations for the work that needed to be completed. When the work was scheduled, they were on time & cleaned up so well I hardly even knew they had been there.
