Bait and switch tactics. Put everything in writing or text because the owner will go back and blame you for their mistake. I asked for one hour of work. They decided on their own it wasn’t what I needed then proceeded to charge me. Don’t fall for it.They will make their workers look like the victim when in reality it’s a scam. To be clear, the result of the work isn’t what I’m complaining about. It’s the tactic the company uses to get more hours.

Terrible experience. They didn’t do more than half the things they said they would, over charged by a LOT, damaged our dishwasher, and mixed all our segregated trash into one bag. One of the ladies spent time on the phone chatting with someone and don’t get to half the things they were supposed to. But took more money. Worst experience ever.

Very disappointed with the customer service call at SSF office today 11/14/23. unfortunately when there is an issue every time I call Sonia answers and with an attitude she says “I am supposed to call the office when the cleaners aren’t doing their job well” first of all when I am paying for a service I expect the cleaning crew to speak and understand basic English and I always want the same crew (Norma and her team are extremely excellent with what they do and I don’t have to tell Norma anything. I provide my cleaning stuff and all I expect is a job done to my expectations. Sonia is very unprofessional and straight up rude! I refuse to go further with my conversation with her and ask for Christina who is great to work with and very professional and answers my questions. Without going into details I just hope whoever Sonia reports to takes some action and give her customer service training!
