I do a lot of research across Google and as a Yelp Elite member before booking services and decided on this company due to the good reviews and fact that they were cheaper than competitors. I scheduled a deep cleaning with extra focus on the bathroom and grout. Despite the company reaching out to me to ask if I could accommodate a different timeframe, their cleaners still arrived 30 minutes late. I am writing this review because I noticed that after using the shower, as the tiles dry, large white patches become apparent, as if there are stained areas. When the shower is freshly used and wet, the patches become less noticeable from the water softening up what I believe are dried and exposed areas on the tiles. However, when I go out of town for multiple days, the damage becomes very noticeable. There are large areas all over the tiles and grout that appear worn down as if there is extensive damage. The shower appears more worn than it was even before the cleaning and shows much more wear than you would expect shortly after a deep cleaning. There are also stains on the grout that were not there before. I believe the cleaning materials used for the deep cleaning were so harsh and caustic that they wore down the surface of the shower, as I was home during the cleaning and had to open the windows because I was coughing so much from the fumes despite having the bathroom fan on. I have tried to see if I can fix the damage, however, I have been unsuccessful, and this company has not responded to me despite repeat emails over the past 1.5 months.

Second time using them to clean my apartment as I moved out. Both times they did a thorough job and gave me time to give a look through before they left. I think the price was reasonable and worth saving myself the stress of cleaning, as moving is already stressful enough. Both cleaners have been incredibly kind and I will definitely be using them again the next time I move!

Was desperate for a cleaner, last minute. I called on Friday and they got somebody over here on a Sunday. Their prices are reasonable/competitive & the communication was great! Got a confirmation text right away & when I had a question, when I called and texted, both were answered right away. The room and bathroom were very very dirty. And Kim the cleaner did a great job! I recommend Los Angeles House Cleaning …. & look forward to using them again! Thank you
