called and said they would be out in 5 hours never came charged my card 149.99 fraudelently and said now it would be 2 weeks would not reccomed them to anyone completely fraud have notified the police on it

Despite multiple confirmations day of the technician didn’t show up within the three hour window and then cancelled the appointment 30 minutes after the window closed. The customer service agent lied on the phone saying the technician was “en route”. We then were contacted 45 minutes later to say the technician was tied up on another job and wouldn’t be coming. Incredibly unprofessional and really disappointing.

Raymonds Roofing Company got up on the roof and repaired vents and shingles that were pushing up due to nails popping up, pulled nails and installed screws and caulked base of vents at the bottom all in a very efficient and timely manner. I will call them for all my roofing needs and/or remodeling of any type, large or small.

We could not be happier with our entire experience from start to finish with this company. No pressure sale, quick turn-around-time to get roof and gutters done, neat and clean workmanship, super friendly and professional work crews for both jobs and excellent results with our roof and gutters. We had 3 estimates and Raymonds Roofing Company came in at the lowest with the best warranty. Extremely satisfied customers here and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

We had a new roof put on our house and highly recommend Raymonds Roofing Company. I was impressed by the willingness to explore in our attic, ventilation situation and other important factors. Job was done quickly and professionally. They did a quick clean-up after they were done. They were knowledgably, fully equipped and had fair rates and accurate quotation.

Raymonds Roofing Company technicians worked very professionally and cleaned up the site when they finished. Performed a few things that weren’t in the original bid at no extra charge.They also followed up to see how things went after they were done.I will highly recommend and use them again.

Raymonds Roofing Company replaced the roof on our home in November. They were professional in every way from start to finish. Our roofing specialist explained the pricing well and he communicated with our insurance company which was a help for us. Their crew started early in the morning as promised and they were finished before 4pm that afternoon. We are pleased with the way our new roof looks.
