Having had roof damage after Ian, I began my research for a roofer. After calling eight different companies, I decided to go with Ottis Joiner. While doing my normal inspection of my residential home’s roof I noticed that most of the hips and ridges were were in need of new shingles. I had contacted four local roofing companies before I contacted Otis Joiner Roofing. Two of the four companies I actually was able to speak to a person and who seemed interested in doing my repair but never actually showed up for an estimate. The other two companies, messages were left for them but never called me back. A couple friends of mine recommended Otis Joiner Roofing so I called them and left a message. On their message they advised they would return my phone call when able to do so as they are extremely busy. I actually received a return call from “Tasha” who took my information and in a couple of days sent out a real live employee (other than doing an estimate over the phone) who actually looked at my roof and notated ONLY the repairs it needed. I stayed in touch with Tasha via email where she provided me with an extremely reasonable estimate and to which I immediately scheduled the work with her to be done. Tasha was very professional as she kept in constant communication with me via email as well as telephone. The repair work was scheduled in a very timely fashion and satisfactorily completed in less than a day’s time. I could not be more pleased with the way this business conducted themselves from my initial contact to the end. I would not hesitate to recommend this roofing company to anyone in need of honest and reasonably priced work. And keep in mind all this was done during the most busiest time for roofing companies in this area due to the recent hurricanes of the past year. A VERY SPECIAL “THANK YOU” TO TASHA WHO COORDINATED ALL OF THIS AND MADE IT HAPPEN!!!

Local owner. They answer their phone and got information to us promptly. Our roof was installed in a timely manner and they left our property as they found it. They pick up and clean up as they go. We highly recommend this company.
