I had Tom out late June for 2 chimney cap estimates and 2 roof estimates. He informed me the estimate would be to me via email in 3 days- the following Monday. I have literally called 5 times to receive my quote. Verified my email each time. Spoke with Natasha twice. She informed me she would call me back same day or the following day. Last time I spoke with her she informed me she would reach out to her higher ups. Still nothing! Done Right is on like 50 Park benches advertising. But can u imagine having an issue after having your roof installed. I’m at nearly 3 weeks. No response. Not impressed

Peter was the most quiet roofer that I have ever experienced. His personality was a pleasure. He took time to explain what was wrong and showed me. He explained in detail how he was going to repair the area. I have received pictures of all the steps that he had explained to me. The finished area is perfect. Highly skilled at his profession.
