One Way roofing, Ivan, and Oscar pulled through when it came to my roofing job! 5/5 stars for this exceptional team! I submitted an insurance claim in 2021 that was denied. I spent the next three years “interviewing” more than twenty roofers to find someone who would be willing to go up against the insurance company for me to get this roof replaced. The first time One Way roofing looked at it, they pointed out that I actually have defective shingles and could pursue a warranty claim through the shingle manufacturer. NOT ONE of those other twenty roofers pointed that out – Ivan and Oscar were the first to think outside the box!! We ultimately decided to try another insurance claim, and Ivan and Oscar were there with the adjuster to make sure all the damages were accurately assessed. Their customer service didn’t stop there – when the claim was accepted, they were quick to bring their wonderful team out for the removal and repair of the roof. It was a one day job! I told them I was very concerned with the cleanup (I walk around barefoot often) and the nails/trash that would be left behind. They went to many lengths to make sure my concerns were addressed and everything was cleaned up after the job was done. They’ve followed through at every step, making sure all the loose ends are tied up. They’ve worked with my insurance agency to get those payouts for me so I don’t have to handle that headache. Furthermore, they got me hooked up with a wonderful contractor for some beautiful new gutters. I’m also taking their direction for new paint and siding. Just goes to show how much I trust this team who does it One Way – the right way!!

Our experience with One Way Roofing & Construction was top notch. Ivan and his crew did a great job with a complete roof replacement and replacing all the fascia. Ivan went above and beyond for us with something he did not have to do. The crew was outstanding and did a wonderful job cleaning up the site. I would highly recommend this company.

Ivan is not just a reputable and respectable business owner, he is simply a wonderful human being. He cares about his customers and goes out of his way to help and assist. Ivan was quick to show up when I called for an inspection of the roof after a bad wind storm. He suggested calling my insurance and having an adjuster come out. He met with the adjuster and I was told I would need a new roof. Ivan’s crew showed up on time, were respectful and professional, and left the area clean when they were done. Ivan handled the paperwork and the whole event went smooth as silk. I couldn’t just put a new roof on and not give the house an updated coat of paint, and Ivan handled that for me as well. I was very pleased with his paint crew. They were all very timely and professional. I’ve had so many compliments on both the roof as well as the new paint job that his crew did! I highly recommend One-Way Roofing for any of your roofing or painting needs.
