I called Wales Roofing after seeing the work they did for a neighbor and receiving positive feedback on their experience. It was my first reroof so I didn’t have any past experience to tap into. Frank and Amy answered all of my questions and guided me along the way. Their professionalism and work ethics was impressive. Prompt communication and detailed explanations were always provided. I appreciated that their project manager Lenny was onsite and available to answer any of my questions during the reroof. He and the roofers did a fantastic job. Wales also assisted me with getting my gutters replaced and that turned out great as well. Thank you to Wales Roofing for helping make this process a lot easier for me and a positive experience.

Highly recommended. After signing contract, they put me on the schedule the following week. The crew came to my property and started work at 6.45am on first day and left around 7pm. Nicely done with clean up each day before they left the job site. Finished up everything by the 2nd day. I noticed a couple of gaps between the shingles and contacted Amy Wales. She responded very quickly and scheduled a technician to come out right away which was all good. Bottom line is, they walked me through the process in the first meeting and they did exactly what they said they would. Also, they use CertainTeed which is one of the best products out there. I requested price quotes from 3 contractors – Wales Roofing was the most competitive.

It was my first insurance claim for a roof replacement and I must say I needed a little hand holding. That is exactly what I got and then some. When we first purchased our home the homeowners insurance company we were with wanted reassurance about our roof condition. We contacted Wales roofing, due to them being referred to us by many happy previous homeowners, and Frank the owners son came and got up there and inspected the roof for us. He gave us an estimate for a replacement , but the most kind and professional thing they did was give us a letter of reassurance for the insurance company that the roof still had a set number of years of good structural integrity. Guess how much? It cost us a smile and a thank you! The insurance kept us. Fast forward 7 years later, and guess who we called for a new roof? You got it! Not only did Frank Senior himself the owner come and get up on our roof and notate damage we had for the insurance, but gave me sound advice on how to approach my communication with the adjuster so both parties benefit from the clarity of what I needed without unnecessary confusion. We were not approved for repairs however, we were approved for a whole new roof! Praise God! Amy The administrative master mind that runs the office at Wales, handled all communications with the adjuster at Nation Wide insurance, and knew what images and verbiage was needed to communicate the expenses that needed to be covered. Days later, our check was in the mail, and let me just say our roof installation was completed in one day! Due to the great crew and the weather being so kind thanks to The Lord’s grace. By the way Amy also drove all the way to our home which is at least an hour just to drop off the swatches and samples of the shingles, and picked them up when the roof was completed. I can honestly say this is one of those times in my life when I felt respected, appreciated, and supported. And to the Wales roofing team, may our Father in heaven bless you and continue to guide all your individual lives as well as your life together as a family and team! The Delgado family.

I contacted Wales Roofing after my house sold quickly, to do some repairs on a section of roof that had been damaged due to a leaking pool solar system. They were quick to provide estimates and when awarded the work were quick and efficient with repairs. The technicians were professional and did not stop until the job was completed. I’m very pleased with the quality of the work that was done. I would highly recommend Wales roofing!

It’s hard to find the words to express how wonderful this company is. This is the third roof they have installed on my properties. Excellent service, absolutely fair pricing and superior communication. Family owned business that I have proudly recommended for over 20 years.

Very pleased with Wales roofing. They re-roofed my home after the hurricanes and did a spectacular job. And I just had some minor damage and they were very thorough in repairing it. I would highly recommend Frank and his crew to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic workmanship and turn around time with Wales Roofing. My dryer is working again and it was done so fast! Frank does a great job explaining what needs to be done and taking pictures to show you what is really going on. I felt confident in his assessment and work. Amy and Frank are a great team and the payment process was easy and seamless. Highly Recommend.
