We are very happy with the whole process of getting a roof replacement for our home by Universal Roof and Contracting. Robert Collins gave us a fair and complete proposal, and took time to cover all of the details. Bailey Hinshaw, Project Mgr. was excellent in being here during the day of the install and answering all of the questions we had. Bailey went above and beyond to make sure we were confident that everything was done properly. He is very professional and doesn’t miss a beat. He is definitely an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10. I don’t leave many reviews, but this time I felt compelled to actually take the time to write one. My experience dealing with Universal Roofing & Contractors ( URC ) was actually quite painless which in this day and age is quite a surprise. I contacted URC to get an estimate for redoing my roof. I was contacted the same day by Robert Collins. We chatted on the phone and I felt comfortable speaking with Robert, we scheduled an initial sales meeting at our house. Robert came over and went up on the roof and took the necessary measurements and looked for any damage. Later we sat down and discussed what he had found. Robert explained in layman’s term what needed to be done. My roof was approximately 25 yrs old and in sad shape. Robert said he found a couple areas where the plywood was soft and more than likely the cause for the several leaks I was experiencing. Robert wrote out what needed to be done and what the estimated cost would be. My chimney needed to be rebuilt which i was aware of. Robert helped me with the necessary paperwork. Upon agreeing with the estimate I was contacted by Raven Montero the product Coordinator for my job. She explained what would be done and how it was scheduled. She kept me posted as to who would be arriving and at what time. Once the start date was finalized I was contacted by Installation Product Management Mike Ramos who took complete control on-site and made sure everything was done on time and Correctly. Mike was on the roof checking and rechecking every inch of the roof to make sure everything was done correctly. He found and showed me by pictures every bad spot they found after taking off all the old shingles. One problem area was the chimney which needed to be rebuilt. Mike explained this is where the main leak was. I had searched for years where the roof might have be leaking into my kitchen. I really appreciated the attention to detail Mike showed. Both Robert & Mike can only be described as real Professionals and URC is lucky to have such dedicated team members. I would highly recommend URC to my family and friends. Tim & Linda Shea

If you are reading this review because you are considering using Universal Roof and Contracting for replacing your roof, we say YES, YOU SHOULD! We contracted them for replacing our roof due to hail damage. From our first contact with Dylan who came over to check and confirm the damage, we asked him to be present when our insurance adjuster came to our house, and afterwards, he came to show us the different options for our roof with detailed explanations of the process and what to expect. We were very impressed with Anderson as the designated project manager for our job. He was very professional,, on time, listened to our concerns, kept us informed throughout the actual roof installation, and had a great team of workers who completed the actual job in 1 day. Also need to recognize the great communications from Raven in the main office. She kept us informed with emails/texts and also with an online portal with all necessary information pertaining to our job. The product they offer is of exceptional quality, and their workers did a great job with great attention to detail. Our new roof looks great! Overall, we are very pleased with Universal Roof and Contracting, and highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

Everything about my roof replacement was excellent. There was constant communication. Everyone was professional. And Anderson, who was running the crew, made sure that he was the last one to leave and everything was all cleaned up. Robert in sales, it was one of the main reasons we signed. He is very knowledgeable. I have already recommended them to some friends.

Im an extremely picky person and I wanted to know more detail, this company went over and beyond to ensure I got the best roof warrenty, they are platinum contractors through Owens Corning which was the best I seen. Justin did a lot to show me what was covered as well. I really appreciate their team in making me feel at ease.
