If I could give these unprofessional, deceiving, unreliable, crooks negative 10 stars I would. Please be aware these people are quick to collect the money but when it is time for them to stand behind their work they are gone like wind. My roof had leek because flashing was not installed properly. The rep that stopped by to patch things up just made it worst and didn’t even bother covering the roof properly to prevent further damage. Pictures are below. Please do your researched on every company before hiring them to do any job.

Want a lien on your property???? ***RRCA WILL START THE PROPERTY LIEN PROCESS AGAINST YOU BEFORE YOU HAVE EVEN RECEIVED THE FINAL BILL*** I have been trying to contact someone high up in the company ever since my project started without any luck, including Dustin Herrin. I’ve had nothing but problems with this roof replacement project. Now I have to go through the process of untangling this property lien nightmare. !!! Stay away from Shira Chiesa, nicknamed the “Princess of Power” per her signature block. She took it upon herself to initiate the property lien against me without any notice !!!

Worst company on the market avoid the awful experience to be dealing with mediocrity. Really bad communication very unprofessional with appointments and it seems to be that they no have a clue of the process. 4 months wasted and dealing with a bad experience and lies this company should be out of the market. Last appointment someone showed two hours late and open the gate of my house without authorization. Very very disrespectful people .

Giving a huge thank you to the RRCA crew. Hollis and Zak were direct and to the point with the process and also were professional and a delight to deal with. The roofers kicked (__! __) with knocking out and removing and replacing my roof. They cleaned up were fast. 👍👍👍👍👍 They gave me answers to every questions I had for them. Much love from the Crespo family.
