Horrendous!! If i could give zero stars, I would. I bought a house in 2021 from a family friend who unfortunately used Bassem and all I inherited were issues. The roof was changed less than a year after i purchased it and i found multiple leaks of which he was difficult to work with. He also sent his worker and clearly didn’t review the work as the drip edge on one side of the home wasn’t changed and they also typically change any rotted fascia and he basically refused and caved when i threatened to leave a bad review. I called almost 20 companies to assist me and each and every single one pointed out MULTIPLE issues throughout the roof. Bassem clearly is hiring cheap labor and charging large fees. He is also unresponsive, unprofessional and misogynistic. Save your money and hire a real company that will value your home, time and money.
