I recently had my roof redone by Florida Premier Roofing and I was very pleased with the quality of work. Their team worked their butts off in the 95 degree heat and got it completed quickly. Herb Ross provided exceptional customer service in getting paperwork completed and was easily accessible and forthright when I had questions. We had several roofers inspect our roof after a storm last year, but only one roofer spent more than 5 minutes inspecting the roof: Anthony C. with Florida Premier Roofing. He not only performed a thorough inspection, documenting the damage with almost 100 pictures, but he and his partner Barbara also helped us file a claim with our insurance company. It was a long process but in the end we were very pleased with how the new roof turned out.

This was a great experience. Brittni Thomas’s customer service, communication, and follow thru were exceptional. She always had the answer to any questions I had during my new roof process. Brittni kept me informed of every step, hurdle, delays, and approvals with email and phone calls from the inspections prior to starting until the finished product was installed. I never got sent to voicemail, ghosted, or even an auto reply from Brittni, like some companies do. She is a hard worker and an asset to Florida Premier Roofing and I would highly recommend Brittni and Florida Premier Roofing to anyone that needs a new roof done.

I would like to thank my Florida Premier Roofing agent Brittni Thomas for the excellent support and work she accomplished in getting the roofs put on our house and garages in Anniston Alabama. She would reply to my questions at all hours and days to ensure my wife and I got the very best service anyone could ask for. She sent us pictures and WEB sites for shingles and facilitated roof upgrades and extra work we asked to be done and gave us the price increases for them. She was absolutely fantastic, very professional, considerate, and a pleasure to work with.
