After the recent hail storm, Doug came out to inspect our roof. Surprisingly, due to how new our roof is we had no damage! We really appreciated his honesty and expertise, especially with so many salesmen knocking on doors after the storm. Next time we need roof replacement or repair, Doug will be the first person we call.

We had an emergency ceiling issue. I contacted him and he was here the next day. He did a complete assessment and explained how to immediately address the issue. Amazing professionalism. 100% recommend Mr. Oliver.

My roof was replaced after Hurricane Irma by Rizzo Roofing/Doug Oliver Development. The roofers did a fantastic job, precise and professional. I am thrilled with the workmanship and the new roof!

I called this company to make an appointment for a new roof estimate. The gentleman (whom I’m 99.9% was the owner) was very rude and unsociable. When I had had enough of tongue wrestling with him, I informed him that I would just call someone else. He said fine and he hung up. Less than 3 minutes later he calls back and identifies himself as the owner and said that he understood that I had just called. He lied and said that one of his guys had answered the phone. I told him well that’s fine that one of his “guys” had answered the phone…and that he was rude and unsociable and that I did not wish to do business with his company. Moral of the story…first impressions are lasting impressions.
