The team did an outstanding job at a fair price. They recommended replacing the lead flashing around our chimney, a suggestion we initially hesitated on as our chimney had been sealed the previous year. But we chose to proceed with the repair, and it’s fortunate we did. The plywood underlayment had completely decayed, posing a potential problem waiting to happen. The workers, Mateo and Antonio, were cooperative and diligent, always going above and beyond without taking shortcuts. They utilized drone technology to assess the state of our roof in Orem, and their evaluation was spot on. Every aspect of the job was meticulously itemized, and we were given a comprehensive report complete with photographs upon completion. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the roofing services provided.

utah best roofing ensured a visit within a week, and they were there on the dot. the roofing task was finished and any extra materials were cleaned up. kaden was pleasant to chat with. as a new customer, i was taken aback by their readiness to bill me instead of demanding payment upfront. i was immensely pleased with the service they offered. this is the second occasion i’ve used their services and i have to admit my satisfaction has multiplied since the first encounter. kaden, once more, performed an exceptional job and completed it very promptly. the roofing service provided by utah best roofing is top-notch and greatly exceeds expectations. i will continue to employ them for any upcoming roofing projects in orem.

I am utterly thrilled with this roof repair service! Giovanni was in my area in Orem and inquired if I needed a roof inspection. After a short discussion, I felt confident letting him examine my roofing condition. He found out that my roof needed replacement, and he simplified the process by interacting with my insurance company for me. We settled on a timetable and when the crew came to work on my roof, I was absolutely amazed. Throughout the entire roofing process, I collaborated closely with Kaden. I appreciated his honesty and dedication. If he didn’t have the answer to a question, he wouldn’t just invent something like others might. Instead, he would take the time to do some research and find the correct information. It was also great that Kaden was the only person I worked with from the start to the finish. He was on the site in Orem while all the roofing work was carried out. This was a refreshing change from other experiences where the initial salesperson hands you off to another, and then another, often resulting in many details getting lost.

Giovanni was exceptional from start to finish, including the front office team. There was no sales pressure, just an honest quote for a complete roof replacement. He addressed all my questions and concerns. After the job was done, I wasn’t entirely pleased with the trim around my window. I contacted Giovanni and by the next day, his team was at my property in Orem. They modified it to my liking without any questions asked.
